One problem with signing these sort of Hot prospects from lower league to the English league is the issue of WORK PERMIT...
Obtaining Work permit can be a pain in the a$$ especially if the player has made zero appearance for his country.

Here is what to do...
Send the player on loan to one of your clubs AFFILIATE and mark the Option stating The player needs Workpermit

Then the next application should be a success.
