What makes Billionaire who they are is what they say NO to and what they say YES to.
The reason a lot of people are not rich is because they waste the most precious resources which is time on less revenue-producing activities. How do I mean? I will explain.
If you have a business that is fetching you 100K per month for instance.
Your active working hours could be from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. This means you have 9 hours to work every day.
As someone who is earning 100k per month, covert it to daily earnings, which means you are earning 3,300 per day. In 1 hour you are earning N370.
Instead of wasting your time to do less revenue-producing activities like house chores, you could hire someone to do that. If you hire someone to clean your house and wash your clothes. You can pay him/her let say N100 per hour.
If you do the house chores yourself, it means you are hiring yourself for less pay. Instead of hiring yourself to do a job that you can easily get someone to do at N100 per hour you would better hire another person to do it while you concentrate on activities that you can continue to make N370 per hour or even more.

Summary
Hire someone to do low revenue-producing activities while you do high revenue-producing activities.
Low revenue-producing activities are activities that you can easily hire a labourer or housemaid to do and you pay him/her small money he/she will be happy that he/she has gotten a job. Actvities like cleaning the house, washing clothes, cooking, fetching water, going to the market etc.

High revenue-producing activities are activities that are very technical in nature and pay you very well. These activities also are the main source of your income. Take for instance, if you are a graphic designer. It is not possible to hire a labourer to handle that job. Therefore, you dedicate most of your time on graphic designing and improve your services until you start earning more than N370 per hour. Or you can even develop your skill to do a higher paying activities like copywriting, digital marketing etc.

If you are the CEO of your company, be actively involved in the marketing of your products do not leave the marketing department to your staffs alone because this is the live wire of your company. This is where all the money is been generated.

This is what all billionaires do. They focus more on high revenue-producing activities and leave the low revenue-producing activities to staffs. This way they will not overwork themselves trying to do this and trying to do that. You see them going on vacation every time yet their company is generating high income. This is because the little time they have to be involved in their business they do activities that are capable of generating thousands of dollars per hour.

But what the poor and the average do is that they do not care to differentiate between high-revenue producing activities and low revenue-producing activities. They want to satisfy everyone. They claim to save money so that they don't want to employ cleaners, they want to do it themselves So that they sacrifice the time they would have used for high revenue-producing activities to low revenue-producing activities. So that their high revenue-high revenue-producing activities begin to suffer. This is what can lead to perpetual poverty.

A few years ago Robert Kiyosaki granted an interview with a newspaper reporter in Singapore.The young female reporter was on time. And the interview got started immediately.

What that phrase means is that most people only need to learn and master one skill and their income will jump exponentially.

This warning is for both old and new advertisers on Facebook and Instagram.
Early January this year 2021 the most popular advertising platform changed its mode of operation. Which no longer favour most advertisers.
Any advertiser that tries to create a new or another Business Manager Account after 16th January, 2021 without watching my video might get himself permanently restricted from creating ads on Facebook and Instagram.

There are various levels of being banned and restricted.
1. Ads rejected
2. Ad account banned
3. Business manager restricted from running ads
4. Page restricted from running ads
5. Personal Account Profile restricted from running ads.

Out of the above levels of being banned and restricted, the most frustrating and agonizing one is the #5 I have listed above.
That is when a personal account profile gets restricted from running ads. When this happens that is the end of the road. You can no longer run ads. You cannot run ads for yourself and you cannot run for another person. What a frustration!

1. Do you know that everyone working for a company is actually selling his skill, knowledge, experience and time? If that fact is established, let us go further.
For some of us who are civil servants, and you are working for a company and receiving salary of say 60K. the highest you can do is to work for another company on a part time basis and can be receiving salary say 40k. Your total monthly income is limited to 100k that is when you have the capacity to work for two companies at the same time in a month.

Assume you don’t have the capacity to work for two companies, you will be limited to only N60k per month.
This means your selling capacity is truncated and only allow you to sell only to maximum of two companies per per month.
Do you know that 60K is not enough for your daily spending? Some people end up borrowing money before the end of the month.

2. Naturally some works only allow you to serve one client/customer per time. For instance an average architect can only produce a complete building design with detailed working drawing and well rendered 3d views in three days. And how much will that client pay him? If that client pay him well, he can pay him 200k. He will settle down to do this work for three days.
After all expenditures he may be left with 90K or less as his profit because he has to pay for fuel for generator, he has to pay for printing and photocopying and binding.

The worst part is that, after that work, he may not get another design work for the next two weeks. He will be waiting for another client to give him design contract. If he gets it within two weeks interval that is good. However, let us analyze it.
If you divide 90k which he got as profit from the previous work into 15 days, that is 6k. This means he is making 6k per day on the average.
Come to think of it, an architect that is making up to 180k per month is doing well.
Meanwhile the I80K, which he made in 30 days, is what some internet marketers are making per minute.
This accounts for one of the reasons why most craftsmen even though are very good in their profession cannot be wealthy.

3. Futhermore, I grew up in the village where we have hamlet with settlement containing 1-5 families. There my late father was selling palm wine and cigarrete. I can count the number of his customers because they are not more than 5.
This business of his could not make us rich in any way because out of these 5 customers, how many of them buy his product everyday? Maybe 1 or 2.
And how much was his profit? Very minute. We cannot survive on this business we rather had to cultivate crops and fish to be able to survive. Why can’t we survive on this business? Because they customers are very few.
Assume he has up to one million customers then we would be able to survive on that business. Therefore, when choosing a business model consider how you will be able to get plenty customers to sell your product to, because business survives on number of client and customers.

4. Perhaps you have an online product you’re selling, and the only thing you do is to post on your Facebook timeline and story.
The maximum number of friends one can have on Facebook is 5,000. Out this 5,000 60% of them may not be always be active on Facebook.
This means you are having roughly 2,000 potential people to see your post.

To make the matter worse, Facebook show your post to few people immediately you post it. If the first few people who saw your post do not engage in your post that is like, comment, click to read and share. That post dies a natural death. Facebook will stop showing people. They will assume the post is of no value to users otherwise they would have engage with it.

So with this you only have very few people that will see your post. At the end you may get only about 50 people that will see your post. And if those 50 people are not interested in your product, you will end up not making sale that day. That means no money enters your account that day.
If this repeat for a whole month, you will see that no sale has been made from your online business for a whole month. Remember you need to spend money every day for various things like food, water etc. At the end you have to borrow to survive. When you start borrowing in order to survive, then you are going towards the negative end.

This is because your customers are few.
What smart marketers do is to spend few dollars to reach thousands of potential audiences who are eager to buy their product. With this, they can make up to 200k worth of sales per month.

Selling something of low value can make a man broke. Money = Value The higher the value of what you are selling the more money you make.
in 2014 Mark Zuckerberg bought Whatsapp at the price of $19.6 Billion. This is just the price of only one messaging app. Because the CEO of Facebook knows the value of Whatsapp he was ready to cough out $19.6 Billion to acquire it.
Someone with a master's degree certificate is paid higher salary than someone with a First School Leaving certificate. Why? Because the master degree certificate has a higher value than First School Leaving Certificate, although both of them are certificates.
A market woman that is selling 20 tubers of Yam makes more money than a market woman selling 20 cups of garri. Why? because 20 tubers of yam have more value than 20 cups of garri, although bothof them are food and their quantity are 20 each.
Therefore, if you want to make more money, increase the value of whatever you are selling and people will be willing to pay higher to acquire it.
For instance, if you have a restaurant, go and learn different ways of cooking delicious meals. If your meals are delicious, people will travel from a far place to buy them.
When you start having so many customers, then change your packaging, change your chairs to more sophisticated ones. Change your plates and television to bigger ones, get a bigger shop, increase the price per plate of your food this way rich men will now start patronizing you because rich men are after class not price so you will now start making more money because the perceived value of what you are selling has increased.
