To switch from active income to passive income you need two major things.
1. The right knowledge. Being enlightened with the right knowledge equips you to know that where you are currently, is not the proper position you should be. Therefore, you need to take a conscious effort to shift ground.
For instance, depending on salary and pension after retirement is outdated. It no longer works. You need to plan for your retirement and not depend on your pension.

2. You need the right investment.
It is investment that moves you from active income to passive income. And it has to be the right investment.
You need to think of the right passive income opportunity and invest your time and money in.
It is those investment that will yield result for you when you are no longer opportune to work. Either because of old age, sickness, travel etc.
For instance, if you have enough money that can buy land and build a house. Build a house and put it on rent. That rent becomes an income for you when you can no longer work hard.
Or if you have great knowledge. Write books or publish articles. The book you write today can still be selling in the next 10 years to come.

Scaling facebook ads is the process of spending more money in your ads so that you can make more sales.

3. Can you confirm that they picture he uses on his profile is his real picture? by browsing his name on Google and hit images. Google will display all other images related to that name. If you can see more than 3 different pictures of the person on Google, then that person is not a scam. Scammer will never post his real picture online. They use pictures of another person to carry out their mischief.
4. Check out his profile on Facebook. How many friends does he have? Scammers have zero or few friends. How old is his account on Nairaland or Facebook? Scammers always have new account. They cannot maintain a steady account.
5. Go and browse about the person before you can conclude that this person is a scammer or a liar. Don't Judge him by his/her post. That is how to do legitimate business online in Nigeria.

When they go and try it and it worked for them, your name and picture are registered in their brain.
The next time you want to sell something to them they will not have doubt bringing out their ATM card and paying for your product or services because you have already proven to them that you are genuine.

Alternatively, offer a sample of your product for free to a small segment of people just for getting testimonials from them. Genuine Testimonials are powerful tools that you can use to make money online.

2. Start by selling low ticket offer to a small segment of people in order to generate testimonials for your future offer. Low ticket offer are offer that does not cost much. For example, People may not have a problem paying for a product that cost N1000 as much as paying for a product that costs N100,000. If they lose 1k it will not pain them as much as losing N100K. So they might likely give it a trial. And if your N1k product worked for them, you have started building loyal customers, who are also potential customers that will buy your N100k offer in the Future.

Email marketing is very effective if you do it right. A lot of people have this question: How often do I send mails to my subscribers?

Sending emails to your subscribers is comparable to eating food. If you send too frequent like twice everyday you are going to clug the inbox of your subscribers and they will not like it and probably unsubscribe.

If it takes too long like a month or two months before you send mails they are going to forget your name. Next time they see your mail they might forget that they actually subscribed to your email list.

So the bottom line is to be moderate.

Don't over-send like you are desperate.

Last Tuesday 13th July 2021. I was coming from Ikoyi to Awoyaya.

But when we reached Chevron Toll gate mehn! the holdup was terrible. Our lane was totally locked from there down to Ajah.

I decided to drop and take Okada to save my time because I had so many jobs at hand from different clients.

If I delay their job, they might give the job to another person and next time they may not consider me again.

I told him I was going to pay him N300, he just hissed. I left him trekked small.

The N500 naira I will give Okada that will save my time and the thousands of money I will lose from disappointing my clients which one is better?

I decided to look for another Okada. All the Okada where all saying N500. From Chevron toll gate to Ajah is N100 by bus.

It was very painful for me to pay N500 for a place I would have paid N100. Moreover I have already paid the previous bus complete fare to Ajah. But because I dropped on my own nobody will refund me.

So I decided to take Okada despite the cost. It was not easy but I needed to buy time.

On Wednesday 14th July 2021, I did the same thing.

Do you realize that what we buy from Okada people most cases is TIME? Yes they are selling Time to us.

Time is a commodity that you can sell for money. If you know you know it.

From that time I decided that from now onward when I am going to charge my clients, I am going to be considering TIME as an Important criteria.
