One of the key points to note when running ads is consistency.
You don't run ads for a day or a week and conclude that its not working and stop.

You have to keep running the ads and keep testing different parameters until you get the sweet spot.

The first set of ads is to create awareness for people to be aware of your product(s)/services.

subsequently, you start retargeting. So that your audience will know you are still in the market.

For me ads is a must whether I make sales or not, because of the above two factors.

1. I can't fold my hands and sit down and leave my business to fate, people need to be aware of my products/services.
2. I need to retarget people who showed some level of interest until the make purchase.
So I have no reason to stop running ads.

One of the biggest mistakes most people make with Facebook and Instagram ads is that they run ads for a week and say it is not working.

No, you don’t run ads for a day or a week and say it is not working. As long as people are seeing your ads keep running for a long time.
Keep testing different audience and see where the sweet spot is, then milk it. Keep testing different creatives.

As long as what you are selling can solve a problem one day you will see someone that will pay for it.
And once you make one sale your faith will be boosted.

Most people do not buy your product the first day they see it. So if you run ads for a day or a week and stop you will miss out on those people. And fortunately or unfortunately they are the majority.

Before you can conclude that an ad is not working test different parameters for at least a period of 6 months on the same product.

Followers simply means a group of people who like you or what you are doing and want to receive more updates.
All the popular social media has a button that allows people who choose to receive updates from you to do so intentionally.
This means it is difficult for someone to follow you by mistake, except the person is so ignorant that he clicks on any button he sees on social media app.

So you will have to consciously do something that will make the person wants to get more from you.
It is the desire to get more from you that cause him to hit the follow or subscribe button.

And the day someone makes a decision to follow you is the day the decision to buy your products/services actually started, he may not realize it.

From following you will finally lead to making purchase.
Sometimes it might take a year or two even more.

Sometimes you see Youtubers and Internet marketers disclosing how much they have made per day or per month.
Most cases, it may not be necessary because they are bragging.

5 reasons why you have to show how well you are doing to your followers.
a. To inspire your followers that they are following the right person who is getting results. Nobody will be interested in following someone who doesn’t have results.
b. To encourage them that they too can get the same results if the follow your footsteps.
c. It is a proof that you are not just telling theories. You are saying something that is practicable. Something that you have done and have gotten results. You are living by examples.
d. People pay more attention to results than lectures.

Last week I gave a boy a banner to design for the program we were having in church.

c. To Make money promoting other people's products you need to position yourself as that person that is out to help people. When you help people genuinely they will listen to you. So that when you are recommending a product to them, they wouldn't feel you are just after making commissions out of them.

They will see it that that is your usual way of helping them. When you help people genuinely when it comes to recommending products to them it comes naturally.

d. You should learn to shorten your links in a professional way that look like it is coming from your own website instead of using bitly or tinyurl which scammers use.
