Going by Section 15 (2)(h) of the MCA, if the spouse in a marriage had continuously lived apart for a period of 3years from the day the divorce petition was filed and a continuous period of 7 years which makes the other spouse filing for the divorce believe that the spouse is dead, then the court shall grant the dissolution of such marriage. @Op I really concur with your write up. The thing is that,the entertainment world has really gotten into the sub conscious of 80% that all we live by is the E world hype and lies.
