Family / Re: Is It A Crime 2touch Ur Pathners Fone? by TINAOGE: 3:08pm On Jan 28, 2010
I don't think it is wrong to touch your partner's phone. My hubby does not like me touching his phone. He cannot leave his phone with me for a minute comfortably if am using it to make call. Recently I just check his sms and saw sms from a lady about their 8day old relationship and she is looking forward to their lovemaking. When he saw the phone with me he knew I have seen his sms. He has not spoken to me about 5 days. Am I not the one that should be angry? I think he needs to apologise to me, right now he does not gist with me, I still greet him but he does not respond.

Religion / Wives Hindering Husbands Prayers by TINAOGE: 10:13am On Jan 22, 2010
I have been married for more than eight years. My husband does a lot of things that each time I think of them I will just be unhappy with him. One pastor was preaching one day, she said that if a wife is not happy with the husband it can hinder the husband's prayer and that husbands should try and make their wives happy all the times so that they will not be hindrance to their prayers.

Please can someone give me the quotation where I can see it in the bible because I want to read it to my husband and see if it can change his attitude towards me.

Thank you.

Family / Re: Should I Tell Her Now? by TINAOGE: 1:12pm On Jun 29, 2009
You took a good decision by not letting her know now. Please if she knows now it may affect her emotions so much, am saying this based on experienced. When I was pregnant and my friend had still birth it affected my emotions seriously until my Friend assured me that God will see me through just like the Hebrew women. Please let your wife be taking her routine drugs according to doctor's prescription. God will grant her safe delivery.

@Aisha

Thank you so much for your contributions. I had similar experienced before I got married when one married man was disturbing so much, I told him to add the love he claims he had on to the one he had on his wife that his marriage will be better. Later in the years when the man saw me, he thanked me so much for not breaking his marriage.

It is very nice to hear that there are still young ladies who can still advise married men to respect their marriage vows.

Thank you so much and may God continue to bless you.

@tatooboy

The boy is from him. We have four children together. He only comes to the bed room once in 6 - 7 months when he wants to make love to me. In fact the last time he slept in our bedroom was six months ago before I had my last baby who is 6 months. Am not after sleeping in the same room and making love. But the husband and wife relationship. The baby now can sleep on her bed if he chooses to sleep in the bed room with me. Am so bothered because when there are visitors in the house, he would be lie in the living room with them is what bothers me most. The visitors would think we are having misunderstanding.

I think may be he is having extra marital affairs outside that is why he does not like sleeping in the bedroom because the girls may be calling him late at night and he would not want me to listen to their conversation.

Family / Re: My Husband Does Not Like Sleeping In The Bedroom But Living Room by TINAOGE: 10:44am On Jan 29, 2009
Thank you all for your contributions.  I have asked him several times why he prefers sleeping in the living room, he said it was because of my little child of about 2 years and he feels more comfortable there but I told him if he does not like lying on the bed with me and the child he can put another foam on the floor of the bedroom, I had to take the child to the children's room.  After sleeping in the bedroom for few days he went back to the living room.  I then ignored him.

There is television with DSTV, air conditioner and the room is well ventilated.

I spent 200,000 my husband gave me to keep for completion of our house rent in December, 2008 on stock market. I wanted to surprise him by making double of the money he gave me but end up losing 3/4 of it. I bought NEM 20,900 units for 4.13, and 20,000 units Firstalum 5.42, when I sold NEM it was 1.90 and lost 2.23. The Firstalum there was no buyer to buy it. I did not how to tell my husband that the money he gave me for the completion of our house rent is no more. I finally told him after selling the NEM because I did not know how to raise the money I had to open up to him. It was so painful to him cos I did not discuss with him before investing in stock but I told him I wanted to surprise him. I learnt my lessons never to take any decision that will affect the family alone. I will not invest money that is meant for something on stock again but money that I don't have need for, for atleast 4 years.
