Hello people, urgently need advice on this please. I received a parking charge notice from a private company for not paying for parking at a local retail store. The date of the incident was 25th May, the date of the PCN issue was 28th June and I saw the letter in my mail box on the 6th of July. Pretty sure it was sent a day or 2 before that as I regularly check my post. I have been reading up and I saw something about a 28 day/14 day rule which allows you challenge such tickets if not issued within that timeframe. I need to make sure I am reading the correct information as I am so pained I have to pay £60 for a £1 parking. Any advice will be appreciated

Since I initially learned about forex trading at a seminar back in 2007 (16 years ago), I made the decision to rekindle my interest in it again sometime last week. I have conducted a good deal of research leveraging online articles and videos from YouTube. I eventually decided to use CMC markets platform to start trading on a demo account yesterday. I have been able to execute a number of trades (buys) as trials so far, all of which have resulted in losses (thank God na demo account). For now, trading currencies (USD/EU) only. I want to take my time to learn about forex trading and not rush into opening a live account, so I was wondering if someone could give me some pointers on how to go about it. There are quite a lot of things I need to learn about forex: concepts, terminologies, strategies, etc. Your positive feedback will be very much appreciated. Cheers!

Additionally there's no way any trader would knew where price is headed before taking a trade. We are just acting based on the information the market has provided. We might be right or wrong.

Do I really need the ATR? 🤔 I think price action has already told me where to put my entry, target and stop.. Just asking.. I've never used ATR b4

Finally I think I failed because I kept on risking the amount that's way above my risk appetite and knowing that SL hit will result into loosing a terrible % in a single day.. I activated the deadline mode trying to rush things but my mind isn't ready for that.. I really appreciate your imput sire

I was so confused on gold today. The differences between the 2 brokers cost me 2% loss ..I was waiting on this H4 candle breakout that happened on Oanda to confirm my buy and so it happened and I bought on retest, market obeyed for a while then it started moving towards SL.. Why is this happening, I checked my pepperstone broker only to find out there was no breakout, so I got scared and closed manually with 1% loss after the buy initially gave 3% profit... Its time to sell, no breakout on pepperstone broker and H4 uptrendline has been broken, so I sold and the market started going the buy direction instantly... Oh No!! May be the breakout on Oanda was valid, another 1% down, I closed again. I hate to trade news and I know that will be the only answer to my question on wether the H4 breakout is valid or not so I stayed out.. Pepperstone broker won, the breakout on Oanda was fake... it's a loss but I'm glad it left with a knowledge of confirming a breakout from diff brokers b4 acting... It would have been a normal loss if the fakeout happen on both brokers
