A shocking video has appeared online showing one of the unknown gunmen declared wanted by some people — Ijele, Ikéngà Uruagu, and Kesho Orsu TV. In the video, the unknown gunman mocked the ₦5 million bounty placed on his head, saying it was too small for anyone to risk their life to catch him. He insisted the bounty should be raised to at least ₦30 million or even ₦100 million.
In retaliation, he placed his own ₦10 million bounty on Kesho Orsu TV, Ijele Speaks, and Ikéngà Uruagu, accusing them of abandoning their ancestral homes to live in Abuja, South Africa, and other places. He vowed to reward anyone who can give him information leading to their capture.
The video has sparked reactions online. While some people advised him to surrender for peace talks, others warned that if he is eventually killed, many will start complaining that unknown gunmen from the East are being eliminated, while those from the North are being invited for negotiations with the government.
That the reality is that unknown gunmen in the East have refused to surrender or negotiate with government, unlike their counterparts in the North.
What do you think about this video? Do you agree that ₦5 million is “too small” for a bounty? Should they increase the bounty or open peace talks with them? Or should security forces continue with full force?

It's weird and I'm not being funny but his Igbo accent keeps changing, including elements of Owerri, Anambra, Mbaise and slight Yoruba intonations (like and Igbo person who grew up in Lagos).
BlackViper: Hahaha😂 Kemi has triggered millions of Nigerians once again into having their famous/infamous childish tantrums.
One would think that Nigerians would be grateful for having such a high profile critic of their corrupt government that has a habit of buying up opposition party members.
Kemi can't be bought because unlike Femi Fani Kayode, Reno O Mockery etc, she's not a typical "arowojobe" anywhere belle face Nigerian politician.
She is prepared to dispense with diplomatic niceties and speak the bitter chloroquine truth.

Well done chief.
I have a plot (of about 820 SQM) at Agu-Abor, inside that river valley, before Ugwu Onyeama. The entrance to the plot is very inclined as it descends towards the river, but the bottom remaining 75% is flat land.
I've been thinking of what to build there in the future, possibly a twin duplex for sale as I don't have the strength to rent, but the steep slope is giving me cause for concern.
If you have the chance, could I send you pics and video to know your thoughts on what I can do there please?
Oluwa18: OK my other account, I used to follow spider many years ago . He’s a builder in Enugu and I can’t seem to find his tag anymore. Will appreciate some help if anyone can help me with his @again.
Haven’t been here for a few years and can’t remember the exact @
I visited Nigeria after 2.5 years abroad and was shocked at what inflation had done to property prices. Kind of like a double-edged sword.
I'd bought a plot in a government estate about 8 years ago for N650,000. The government recently began revoking undeveloped plots and building new structures on them. A 3-bed bungalow there, now sells for N80m.
Real estate investment in Nigeria has gone bonkers I tell you. Not that I'm complaining though.
Lovelytyme: On the 9th Thursday,April 2025 when I was just washing my clothes outside and jejeli minding my business, that something remarkable happened. Before I go into detail of what happened, it should be understood that where I reside is a very well civilized environment so I don't expect such occurrence to arise A large bird from nowhere entered into the passage of my house. It was as though the bird was chased by something. I never waited as i took hold of the mop I saw around to pin it down to avoid it from flying away. I searched the whole house for whatever I could use to cage it. Actually, I noticed the bird was unique and that was why I decided to keep it. At last I was able to find a breakable plate racket whereby I quickly emptied the plates so that I could keep the bird safe in there. I succeeded and right now I can successfully celebrate the eighth day with my African grey parrot. It has started talking self. Our love for each other has no bound. Thanks for coming into my life from nowhere.
That bird belongs to a species of intelligent animals.
Nedum001: How did you get the job in as a retail banker in UK Boss? Kindly share update please
I was already working in retail banking in Nigeria.
Came to the UK as a dependent of a skilled worker visa holder, so there were minimal restrictions to where I could work.
I applied to different jobs relating to finance and eventually got the bank job after the interviews.
P.S. I did work in care on a full-time role immediately I landed though, but switched to reduced hours when I got the banking job. I still work mental health care support on weekends or any time I like (less stressful, easy pay 🙂).
Someone will injure his back, call for an ambulance at 5:30pm and wait for ages, only for them to come and start ringing your doorbell at 3:00am. At the end of the day, the prescription won't pass paracetamol.
My friend recently lost the the wife to cancer. Meanwhile the hospital had been giving her paracetamol for her stomach aches and declined her entreaties for a scan to be done.
Indians no longer bother using the NHS. They'll just take their annual leave and travel back to their country for proper checkup and treatment.
The British themselves for those who can afford it, would rather prefer to travel to Portugal (or Turkey for some), for their dental work.
kossyablaze: I stopped reading when i saw "travel with your family". In Canada, only masters degree student can bring their family. In UK, it is not even allowed at all. Who posted this scam advert
In the UK, students can sponsor their dependents, if they'll be coming to study for a Ph.D, research MSc or on a government-sponsored scholarship actually.
A lot of teenagers in the UK actually go through lots of mental issues and you'll be very shocked when you get to realise the number of youths who have self-harmed.
If they say they're going to hurt themselves, please do not dare them because they're actually gonna do it.
Missposh: Please why are used cars on different Facebook groups cheaper than the ones on the likes of auto trader and the models on the Facebook groups are even more recent? Is it safe to buy from such Facebook groups? How can I avoid/detect scammers?
Probably scams. Probably not.
Private owner seller on FB is likely to be cheaper because they don't have to pay for all the admin costs that autotrader and other car websites carry.
In addition, private sellers on FB market are most likely selling to dispose of the vehicle for personal reasons and so would be happy to sell at a price much cheaper than the dealers who are doing theirs for a profit and would have added their markup on top of the normal selling price of the vehicle.
To avoid falling for scams, always insist on a physical inspection and when there, ask for the vehicle's original documents to make sure registered owner's details match with those of the seller or whoever they might be representing.
If the place is too far for you, skip.
And if you request for their address to come and physically see the vehicle and they instead ask for your email address so that they can send you more pictures and details, skip again. They want to send you malicious code in the email that will grant them unauthorized access to your device.
Preshyi: Hello people, urgently need advice on this please. I received a parking charge notice from a private company for not paying for parking at a local retail store. The date of the incident was 25th May, the date of the PCN issue was 28th June and I saw the letter in my mail box on the 6th of July. Pretty sure it was sent a day or 2 before that as I regularly check my post. I have been reading up and I saw something about a 28 day/14 day rule which allows you challenge such tickets if not issued within that timeframe. I need to make sure I am reading the correct information as I am so pained I have to pay £60 for a £1 parking. Any advice will be appreciated
LOL.
Was the retail store Aldi?
I'm guessing you'd probably have responded to the matter by now. Just saw your post.
Happened to me the first time I decided to try out Aldi. Their ANPR cameras pick up the number plate of every car that comes into the parking lot. After shopping and at checkout, you're expected to scan your shopping receipt at their designated machines to notify the park management company that you had come in to shop. If you don't do that, they'd assume that you'd just come to use their parking lot for free.
Just email your shopping receipt or bank statement showing the card payment (if you haven't got the receipt) to the collections company telling them that you'd actually come to shop at the store and they'll drop the matter.
Buuuut, if you had actually gone in to use their parking lot without shopping, just ignore everything I'd said and act like you didn't see my post.
