I personally do not agree that we all need to speak Mandarin. china exists because consumers all over the world require their goods, the domestic consumption in china is just being developed,as its a largely export driven economy. learning any language has its advantages, but i don't see the HUGE benefits of Mandarin  in the future. English is popular because its widely spoken.
The language spoken by more people is Mandarin, spoken by over 1,000,000,000, people. It will supersede English if you want to do business in future. Chinaman won't have to learn English considering they would be the sole super power. Mandarin am afraid is the future.

@agathamari

Africans don't father kids by their own daughters. Some white people have 7 kids by their own daughters that is sick. You are a woman and you should condemn it.

Why did he choose to spread the gospel nearly 6,000 miles to the  Ukraine? Nearer home he could have started from  Congo, Rwanda, Gabon or even Nigeria.
Did this pastor think God wanted him to preach to Europeans hence his evangelism to Europe? If God wanted him to preach to Europeans I guess he would have been born there.
This has nothing at all to do with Ukrainian "dollars" has it?

I think it would be better to discuss the paymasters of these Jewish murderers.
America fund's, equips, feeds, and guarantees the Israeli killing machines are well oiled.
Now cut off the supply of the above and the Jews would seize to remain intransigent, they would quickly capitulate and sue for peace. I hate the way the Jews assume superiority over everyone, this was why Hitler whooped their asses for real. Lol!!

We should be learning "Mandarin" the official Chinese language. Next few years belongs to China so says experts.
Even America  anticipate and recognise the future shift in power and is now busy teaching their kids "Mandarin" and "how to do business with Asians".
Lets also pretend we love "chinks" by speaking to them in their own mother tongue.
Our kids would thank us if we do this for them. Sadly the present government lack foresight so I can't see it happening.

To hell with Martins, this is the same man who said he would never return to Lagos again because he was robbed, forgetting most of his ardent supporters live in Nigeria and are mugged daily by government and armed robbers. This flashy so-and-so don't deserve our sympathy.

Ibime:
Isnt it ironic that the CBN Governors Cup (not IBB cup, but hosted at IBB Golf course) has been running since Soludo's tenure, but now it suddenly seems right to stick it on Sanusi.

These journalists are really scraping the bottom of the barrell.

http://www.cenbank.org/CBNcommunity/Sports.asp
Why do we expect so little from our leaders and public office holders?
Wouldn't it be worthwhile for Sanusi's (legacy) to say CBN would have nothing to do with such a corrupt leader. Does Sanusi not have colleagues and advisers, how come non of them foresaw this inconsistency?
Would Timothy Geithner allow his department to fund a " Treasury Cup" if it was hosted at nearby Bernard Madoff's football ground?

To you small fry:The coup meant to carve out the then existing five far northern states from Nigeria. Any coup that tends to dismantle the entity of Nigeria by force will not be welcomed. The attempt of 1967-70 to disassemble Nigeria was very costly. So I say never again.I believe in dialogue and peaceful approach to conflict.
What an apt observation, you are well on point.

Hahaha I remember a friend told me he knew someone who "married" his sister and when immigration visited their house they observed they didn't show any feelings.
Immigration noticed there was no romantic stare etc between the couples. When confronted by this observation he sent his tongue down his sister's throat to show they were legit.
Nigerians would f*ck their daughters for visa. Shame on us.

Politics › Oyibo Crazy-9yr Old Boy Turns Into Girl (cuts off his brokus) by TippyTop(op): 3:18pm On Sep 24, 2009
"Classmates of the nine-year-old sex-change boy were told he had left and been replaced by a girl.

The pupil returned to school the next day - in female uniform, with long hair in a ponytail, tied in pink ribbon.

Parents faced a flurry of questions from their bemused kids after school - and blasted staff at the primary for not informing them of the switch.

One concerned mum said: "My son came home from school and asked why one of his friends had become a girl. I thought he was joking, but he kept asking - that's when alarm bells began ringing."

Is God that is punishing them now for what they have done to us. Lol ! ! ! !

Foreign Affairs › Israel Prepares To Pound Iran. by TippyTop(op): 3:11pm On Sep 24, 2009
The Israel Air Force is planning to participate in aerial exercises in the US and Europe in the coming months.

It is believed pilots will be trained for long-range flights as a precautionary measure against possible Iranian attacks and in test-runs for potential strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.

IAF planes will take part in a joint aerial exercise with NATO forces in Europe and the US.

On Sunday, US Vice-President, Joe Biden, told ABC television the US would not stand in the way militarily if the Israelis decided they needed to attack Iran's nuclear facilities.

He said: "The US cannot dictate to another sovereign nation what they can and cannot do. Israel can determine for itself - it's a sovereign nation - what's in their interest and what they decide to do relative to Iran and anyone else."

Foreign Affairs › Store Launches Underpants For Left-handed Men by TippyTop(op): 3:06pm On Sep 24, 2009
.
LONDON (Reuters) – A British store is launching a range of underpants for left-handed men, an innovation it says will save them both time and embarrassment in front of the porcelain.

The new range, by UK-based Hom, will have a horizontal opening instead of a vertical slit accessed from the right-hand side, breaking a tradition that has lasted for 75 years.

"In our view, this is a vital step toward equality for left-handed men," said Rob Faucherand of Debenhams store.

Almost 10 percent of British men are believed to be left handed but men's Y-fronted underpants have traditionally had a right-handed opening from the time they were invented in 1935.
