doublestar21: Is the 4.3 fixed or does it fluctuates?. Also do you have a clue on Union max?
Thanks I'm not so sure but I think it's fixed, although it's been adjusted to 4.2% according to the text I received from them some days back and no I don't have a clue about UnionMax |

modupemomo: Hello Professor @enochogaga and all in the house. Good evening, I sincerely need your help, thanks for your input on this platform.
I am a lady so I dont know much about generators, I decided to do an upgrade from a Sumec Firman 3kva to a 4.5kva.
The guy who does our gen went to the market and I thought he was going to get another Firman but this guy came with an Elepaq. He got it for 150k and I had already priced a Firman for 155k in a store, i assumed he was going to get a Firman in the market so he can just do all the oiling and fixing at once.
Please see attached picture of the gen. I want to know if it is a good one that is durable or he returns to the market tomorrow to get me the Firman I wanted. He is swearing this Elepaq will work.
Help me please so I know what to do in the morning. Thanks so much and God bless. in my little knowledge about Gen, Elepaq isn't really a strong product compared to sumec and I bet he got it way cheaper than the 150k he is claiming because Elepaq products are cheap. I'll advise you return it and get Sumec |

pesty100: lol. It's the balance in the account before interest was received. Let's say I woke up this morning and found that i received interest of 5000, i see my my balance in the account has increased to 1,005,000; to calculate interest rate i will remove the 5000 interest from the 1,005,000 I will get 1,000,000(principal) after that, I do this 5000(interest) /1,000,000(principal); it gives me 0.005. 0.005 is multiplied by 100 to get interest rate per month which is 0.5%. This 0.5% is then multiplied by 12 to get the interest rate per annum which is 6%. Thank you so very much. I got 4.28% |

pesty100: first you divide interest received by principal then you multiply by 100 then you multiply by 12. You should get annual interest. Note tax has not been considered though it will reduce the amount received as interest but then it is irrelevant as it cannot be avoided. Good Morning. By Principal, do you mean the current account balance or the balance on the account before the interest was received? |

Good evening everyone, please I intend buying a generator between 3 to 3.5kva and I'm considering between Sumec firman and Maxi product as they are both in similar price range. Which should I go for putting into place durability and low fuel consumption. Thanks |
