----Go back to a student visa.
----Marry an EU national.
----Seek Asylum.

You CANNOT seek Asylum in the UK. First of all you cannot go to the UK on a student visa and then suddenly seek asylum after your studies, that will never be accepted by the border agency, you cannot seek asylum in this matter.
Second of all Nigeria is on the 'safe countries' list which means that asylum cases are automatically refused, there is no war, famine or natural disaster in Nigeria, you will never be granted asylum so don;t even try.

If you want to live in Britain as an Illegal immigrant, you will be found out, the more years you live in Britain as an illegal immigrant, it means that you have destroyed your career prospects and you educaiton is now useless. I don't agree with placing restrictions on graduates from UK univsersities with good degrees. After all they are already in the system and have paid their dues so to say.

Firstly home students pay less fees because the British tax payer subsidises them. EU students pay home fees because that is reciprocated when British students study in other EU countries. The amount of fees the non-EU students pay has nothing to do with being in the Common wealth. All foreign students pay the same international fees. You pay higher fees because Nigerians have no paid into the systme. Subsidised fees are paid by the British taxpayer for British people, not for everyone in the world.

No one forced you to come here to study, you are paying for a service which in this case is a university education. I will also add that British universities cost a third of what American universities cost.
