Solution.
There should be a plan to build a two bedroom bungalow for thee owner if this duplex to retire to.


You must have very old parents like me, I have learnt from them the need for bungalow and will definitely choose bungalow to duplex, the maintenance costs of duplex is high and so is the insecurity.

c) What happened to INNOSON Motors? What happened to buy Nigeria to raise the naira campaign by the Twitter SINator BMB, I could remember how our Ibo brothers vilified Ambode for not patronising Innoson only for Wike to donate Honda cars some days later.

d) If the FG had bought this same Prado SUVs, the noise of PMB being anti-Ibo would be trending on Twitter.

e) I challenge Nairalanders in the South West to this exercise, whenever you see an Ibo man hawking anything in traffic, ask him his state of Origin, there is 75% chance that he is from Ebonyi, it used to be Akwa Ibom before. Keep deceiving yourself...so you think banks will buy dollar from you at the parallel rate?you must be joking...banks want to gain too...their buying rate will be the current interbank rate and their selling rate will be determined by them which is going to be higher than the interbank rate so they can make their profit....

its a gradual process:it will flunctuate and mellow down after a while.the demand is very high,esp now that the xchange rate of dollars have fallen.with time,the demand will fall and naira wll appreciate....lets be optimistic.i know some wailers are happy about the news.

Robbery is becoming too rampant on Lagos Ibadan express way. There are fully armed fulani robbers dressed in military uniforms operating at Ogere along the express way. We were flagged down at ogere while trying to avoid a big pot hole, robbed and almost killed on our way to lagos last month. Our driver was hit with gun butt on the eye, we passengers prostrated on the express before scampering for safety in the thick forest by the road side while they ransacked and looted our luggages after dispossessing us of cash, phones and other valuables. It was a terrible experience i will never forget in my life. The Nigerian police needs to verify my claims at police head quarters Ishara Ogun state where we went to write statement after the robbery. Government needs to intervene on that road by deploying police patrol and high way check points. We can not continue like this
