In the UK, if you are living in the city, you pay council tax which ranges from 60000 to 100000 naira monthly depending on the city. That money goes into making the cities look nice

That's why uk cities have great streets.

I agree with you to an extent on unwillingness of our part to pay huge taxes.
But don't you think if you are paying huge taxes and you see RESULT ,somehow that will calm your anger .
But even as of now, what result so you see for the ones being paid in Nigeria?

There is a great difference .
One country is putting resources to use
Another is embezzling hers

If we charged that kind of tax in Nigeria, Nigerians would scream.

So we pay scanty taxes and get scanty and bad roads

The bad roads we have in Nigeria are what we can afford. The sad thing is that looting still happens on top

Whatever you want to call out anyone for, I do not believe it has to be done with age linking.In simple language you want to call her a hypocrite , so why don't you go ahead and do just that rather than adding her almost whatever age to it.
It goes to show your beef is likely to do more with her age and not of her character.
Just shows how petty you are and unfair it is if you actually make someone else's union decision turn sour cos of the age of who the y marry.

Besides, just asking since it comes up already.
Marriage is a lifestyle just s yr choice of cars, fashion , and whatever you have right to chose independtly. It shouldnt have the much interference of outsiders no matter how thick the blood relation is.

Whatever their beef, it shouldn't have gone this far that it could somehow lead to the couple separation. Life that is here one minute and go in another.

With what I'm seeing here Enugu should have been cosmopolitan like lagos owing to its advantages in been the capital of the old region but it doesn't just fit well.. Something is wrong somewhere

Why couldn't they continue with them.Why don't we have a maintaining culture .

So for that whatever justification he has for who he helps and who he doesn't is his.
But what I don't get is how does he define a single woman ?
Do divorced women also fall into this category?
Or they get the blame of not being able to hold a man that wants to run away anyways?

I would think he would rather not LABEL his help.
He should just help who he can without making it personal .

Don't put a face to your help .Just do what you can.

It might actually be a health condition.
And most times if it is the one I'm aware of, it doesn't happen at night only .Sometimes during the day you just feel the sensation of your skin splitting and you see a thing line like those you get from been beaten with a cane ... thin and bloody in a neat way kind of ...yeah at neat..I know ..
