The baby, whose manhood was chopped off by his step mother in Niger State, Dauda Buhari, is dead.

The Director General of Child’s Right Agency, Mariam Kolo, disclosed that Buhari died in Wada village in Shiroro Local Government Area of the state, after a brief malaria illness.

Speaking with Punch, on Wednesday, Kolo said Buhari had “slight malaria which made his temperature to rise and he died even after he had been administered his prescribed drugs.”

Kolo revealed that Buhari died at a time he was scheduled to undergo a genital transplant in the United Kingdom, UK.

The DG said the sickness was not a relapse on his health, as he was doing extremely well after a series of corrective surgeries.

Expressing sadness over the death of the baby who is now over a year old, Kolo said the case of the stepmother who is currently being remanded in the Old Minna Prison would be determined.

Recall that Buhari’s step mother, Bara’atu Rabiu, had on June 18, 2016, chopped off the toddler’s penis while he was just two-month old.

Rabiu, then 17-years-old, never gave any reason for her action.

This forum has actually been of good part and parcel of some of my decisions with the advice I usually get from nairalanders comments for some while now.. I actually completed my Nysc last year and I actually got a job early this year with just a pay of 40k(at least more than the Fg minimum wage) in a small building construction firm. To be sincere it has not been easy with this salary for someone to save after feeding and transport of 16k on a monthly basis but I had to starve myself whenever the need arises to save 200k because there is assurance of job security in the company but I have been thinking of a small business that I can venture into and will be yielding me little things no matter how small it is cos having one source of income is a very risky path to tread? genuine advice needed please. pls I don't need any form of advice from MMM, internet business, money doublers and PM me members.

Your main concern should be your lady's level of spirituality and moral uprightness which is not necessarily determined by doctrine.

I don't even need to search my dear cos I have many around me as friends that were even of great influence, motivation and inspiration to me during my courtship wit her but was blind folded by love to know that i'm with the wrong lady. So its 2 pick d best among them and see the way forward.

what she did is what any right thinking person with a healthy self respect would do, regardless of gender or age.
Why must she be the one to change her church when two grown adults are obviously involved in the relationship?

she is a human being too remember, with a mind of her own and a purpose to accomplish on earth. her life doesn't have to revolve around you.
you got it wrong by giving her an ultimatum to either change her church or the relationship is over. That is not what a selfless adult that really wanted the relationship to workout would have done.

if the issue of religious affiliation(both christians) could end your relationship, it means you guys are way too immature to talk marriage at this time. You both need to grow up.
For relationships to succeed, sacrifices need to be made but it cannot be forced. you love being a Pentecostal, she loves her church. You could meet each other in the middle and love continues.

My mum actually prayed about her and said she is good but during the period of courtship, there were attitudes that she put up like twice when I brought her home that my dad and mum was even asking me again that is she the one I truely wants to marry but I keep covering for her in the presence of my parent due to the love I have for her with the hope that she will change.

I have been dating this lady for more than 5 years and was even planning that we do some kind of introduction this year followed by wedding Next year.But she attends a white garment church while I attend a pentecostal church, during the course of the courtship, I told her that I will not accept her going to the church once we get married because i'm really not comfortable with most of their doctrines and she was like atleast she will be going once in a while but I always refute it when ever she says so, that I dnt like the situation whereby I will be going to a church and my wife will be wearing white garments and going to a different church. To cut the story short, we had a discussion few weeks ago trying to solve some issues we had together recently and among what I said was that the church stops to exist around her once we get married and I got a shocking response from her that she can never leave the church for anything whatsoever and I then said we don't have any future together then and the next thing she said is okay. I still repeat it that it means we can't get married and she said that is fine by her. Since then we have not been contacting ourselves because we are not staying in the same state at present and I have been thinking that is this how a 5years courtship is going to end? I am just so frustrated now that i need to ask this question, i really want to know if people really get to be called up from all this jobs listing website in Nigeria because i have been applying for most of these jobs for close to a year and i only apply for those that i know that i have the requirements. if should put it on count, i would have applied for more than 50jobs and never have i gotten a message or call from any for an interview or any form of response for once. I just want to know in the house if there is any that has secured a job through this process. And please don't even make comment about submitting CV manually because i have spent almost all my little savings on printing of CVs and transport in this manual process.

I was duped of N100, 000 from a financial company i invested in few months ago.
There was an investment company called PROFITNIGERIA which i saw on Nairaland few months ago (June to be precise) and they have a website which is www.profitng.com back then. I deposited this said amount in their account with an assurance from them that they will be paying me with 50% profit alongside the amount invested at the end of 30days. But to my surprise, i check there website at the period i was suppose to be paid and learnt their firm has been closed by EFCC and they contacted me through email:- profitng@gmail.com asking me that i have to pay the sum of N5000 for them to be able to process paying back my money and that their investors who refuses to pay this certain processing fee will not get his capital invested refunded. I paid this said amount just to fulfill all they ask for with the fear that the capital invested is bigger than the processing fee they asked for but to my surprise, i called the number that i use to contact them switched off from August 28 that they promise to pay back and their website no more accessible till date and no response from my mail messages to them. ACCT NUMBER:- 3021767059. and this was their phone number then before it was not going through anymore 08166925384. This is an issue that has led to break up of some relationship that i have been involved with because i always wants to know all your past so that even if i got to hear anything from outside, it won't sound alien to me but sometimes i tend to remember some part of the dirty past and i have this feeling that what if this my partner actually goes back to this old practice after getting married to her and after this thought, it immediately change some part of me towards the lady. Most especially knowing all the past of a lady that a man intends to marry.

I'm a graduate that completed my NYSC by july and at the end of my service, all the cash i could save was N50,000 and i have tried getting a job but all to no avail after the service and i have tried to keep this money in my account but i dnt have an idea of any little business that i can start with this small amount and i'm tired of staying at home.
