First of all, the guy in question is not rich for them to even get mouth to send him on such errands.

Secondly, the guy doesn't even know his own self-worth for him to even consider going for some of the errands that are very demeaning.

Thirdly, the guy does not have Will-Power, for him to have intended to decline some of the errands, but later found himself doing those things again - against his own will.. A simple word like "Pardonn.!!!" would have solved the whole rigmarole for him.

It is good etiquette to eat your food along the roads in Kaduna State.. Eating your rice and beans from your food-flask while trekking to work is so much acceptable over there..
So, it is nothing absurd to see a governor eating sugar-cane along the road and spitting out the chaff on the road.. (Unless he has a waterproof bag that he was spitting the chaff into so as not to litter the roads)
