Some ladies (especially the nagging type of ladies and stubborn head ladies) said that it is not good to hit or slap a nagging wife (or a wife who has bad mouth) at all... But then, another treatment for nagging wives and wives with bad mouth is cold treatment or silent treatment (which may even span weeks and months). But it happens that these same type of ladies hate the cold/silent treatment too.. So ladies.. What is the best way to handle a nagging lady.?? Slapping.? or Long Silence.? or What.?? |

sings till fade.....Bananas, In Pajamas........ During the group exercise, I was like; "But A2 hey... (group leader was A2, and he was just making decisions anyhow).. (so, .., back to what I was saying)... But A2 hey.. Do we have to give up all the proceedings to charity. That's too much...". And all the group members got laughing, some few of the accessors smiled anyway.. Na im somebody said "omo-igbo". I guess it was A4.. I had to quickly whisper "this one no be igbo matter, but na true naa. The profit is just too much after the whole expenses.".. ... I hope derailing didn't cost our group.? Prinzofparis: You mean Tim McManis? The leader of Athena team who has spent just 3 months on the job, the only team leader who beats his KPI with the lowest number of staff?... I think its also suspected that his team members were probably jealous that Tim was promoted ahead of them. It was also said that he was left to his own ways with little or no support. I don't think he is a poor leader as the conditions he found himself, he just had to deliver which he did. If he had more support and empowerment in terms of training, more years of experience and more staff, he probably would be one of the best team leaders in the CS dept.
That part was kinda tricky but with deep analysis.....I think one will be able to make good recommendations.

Up till the very last day, no one knew before-hand that fact-finding was going to be a part of the assessment... We all met the surprises of our lives there. And again, the interview style was also unexpected too.. - I was there, telling lots of stories about my life to two scribes who were busy writing them down like they would publish it. They couldn't even take their faces off the sheets in front of them and look at me for up to five minutes.. They were so busy writing down my stories.. ... The presentation.. woww.. time choked me. I had to present with blank flip-charts, and assumed I wrote things on them.. I was actually flipping over the blank charts whenever I finished speaking on a supposed topic. Though I explained to them that time choked me, but nevertheless, that I knew what I had in mind to write on those blank pages before time choked me. They were just there looking at me with mean faces as I yarbbed.. If they found my empty charts funny, I couldn't say. Their faces were so mean. |

Segun Arinze mistakenly paid money into someone's account and the guy has so far refused to return the money. Below is what Segun wrote;
"I mistakenly paid 50k into the account of one Okoli Chukwunon account number 0024438520 Access bank. When I realised my mistake I called my bank GT connect to report and I was asked to contact the bank of the beneficiary (Access bank) I went there and spoke with a lady staff Omolola (ogunlana branch) who was kind enough to contact the Nonso guy. He claimed he work with keystone bank mbaise branch. I identified myself and he asked that Access should send him a mail. Which they did.
Since then he's been giving me the run around. Yesterday he shouted at me and hung on me. His name Okoli Chukwunonso 08037376844. This not so much about the money but the idea of being honest. What is not yours please kindly return. I have heard of various incidences of this kind. People should learn to be honest and banks should find a way of penalizing such unscrupulous acts. Mr Okoli Chuk
http://www.metroparrot.net/2015/08/segun-arinze-calls-out-man-who-has.html Well.... Let us assume that he took it upon himself to penalise you for your mistake.. Go easy on him.. It's like your approach in recovering your money was rather rude, and he decided to punish you further. Now that you have gone public, he won't use that account for anything again.. My Advice to poeple.... . When you use online and mobile banking, cross-check account numbers well before paying.. My advice to Banks... . Banks should develop options for confirmation for online and mobile users, where the name of the recipient appears on the users' screen for him to confirm that it is the account he actually wanted to pay into before paying |

dway4ward: Truth is the key is in the attitude displayed. Will your reasoning for standing firm be backed by ensuring no budget overshoot or just the appearance of not being a flip flopper; or will your reason for changing recommendation be because you believe location will be more important than budget in the long run or just flowing with the tide. These show different attitudes and its now to compare the attitudes with the 4 NLNG core values and 10 behaviors. So technically there are no wrong answers but wrong attitudes to be displayed. Again, all inferred. Guy, e be like say you are an insider.. You know a lot about the company. |

NanaF: AC went well.
Group stage was first for me and I loved my group members. I believe we did well. Playing back the conversations in my head, I'm impressed with the memebers of the group. I was the group leader. The mock group session I did at Jarus Hub was useful for this.
My best was the Fact - finding , my facilitators were so nice and it was a very interesting exercise. I liked the fact that there is no right answer, whatever you choose as a recommendation, they have challenges to throw at you. Very engaging.
The presentation was good. Long read. I was able to bring out all my points in due time. I was quite nervous at this point though cus it was my last exercise .
The interview....... Hmmmm. What I didn't like? I wished they weren't all anonymous because questions about their experience working at NLNG wasn't allowed. I found other questions to ask though and learnt a thing or two. Please what were the other questions you basked, and the things u learnt from them.? @bolded.. .. In my own case, the fact-finding was really tough. I had to change the first choice I made after they started interrogating me intensely. ... *This comment is the 5000th*** |
