A week is too short for me.  If he insisted, it would not end well.  But then again i'm the type when a guy sends me sms 5 times a day, i consider it bombardment grin

I won't ignore him as I hate to have conflict between those I care about and myself. I think life is too short, when I was younger I almost died and it taught me to keep perspective on such things as you never know how long you have with the people around you. I think a week is sufficient for him to reflect and if he hasn't bothered to then its really not that important to him, so there is no point waiting any longer.
i agree with ya

debosky:
Very odd game IMO - Eduardo's needless flick cost us a goal, while Mannone shouldn't be beaten at his near post like that.

The penalty was odd - borderline and possibly outside the box but it was given
. Needless to say Arsenal was shambolic in most of the first half, till Diaby had a good moment and Bendtner scored a fantastic goal. We could easily have gone down 3-0 before this goal.

Second half? Few early scares could've blown everything. But we held on and Liege sat back way too much, giving Fab4 time on the ball and beginning to dictate things. With that happening, it was a matter of time before we scored. The second goal for us was a bit ridiculous - if that's not handball by Song, I don't know what is, but all the same, it was due to Liege sitting back too much.

After that, the goal by Dudu showed his tenacity and quality and he won us the game with that super strike. I'm very pleased he made up for his earlier effort.

Frankly for me, Clichy was poor AGAIN, and Eboue wasn't too stellar apart from a saving tackle. He was poor and so wasteful upfront. He got better later on, but it was so shocking to see the way we lost all composure and passing accuracy for long aspects of the game.

That said, we won the game and powered back with a decent performance. To those saying our strikers aren't scoring - it was great seeing both Dudu and Bendtner scoring very good goals.

But most shocking of all was the superb shot by Vermaelen that got cleared off the line! That boy has some crazy skill in him! shocked Even at that, he had his awareness to score a goal when we clearly needed it.

All in all, first game of the group, three points so we can't complain too much about that. Baptism of fire for Mannone, but he will get better and overall he will have better games than this one.
typical Gaynner
thats all he saw
he didnt see the handball and the offside grin grin

let that come from a game against UTD and they'll be up arms against the REF and the FA

Good game tho, nice dubious comeback and that at least should restore some confidence cos a loss would have been too heavy for ur lads.
nice run for the EPL Reps

lets go beat the rest of europe smiley

Even without Tevez, Robinho and Ade, Citeh still have the depth to give ManU a good run for their money.
They will simply resort to a 4-5-1 with De Jong and Barry being the dual pivot, Ireland thru the middle, SWP and Bellamy on the flanks, and Benjiani upfront. Weiss might also get a run out.
without those 3, if they like let them play 5-5-0 with nobody upfront, they will be beaten blue black

Relationships are hard. It's like a full-time job, and we should treat it like one.

Your Primary duty is to please the other person,

and if your boyfriend or girlfriend wants to leave you, they should give you two weeks' notice.

There should be severance pay, and before they leave you, they should have to find you a temp.

Hehehe.  .  .Giggsy's now our hero.
I would like Valencia to feature as well. He still needs some fine-tuning, but I love his energy and aggro. City mustn't have any breathing space.
As for boos.  .  .that doesn't always work to the opponent's disadvantage. Sometimes it spurs 'em on to play harder, to spite the home crowd.
Crizzle
i love Giggs like mad.  .  .  .
atimes he misbehaves sha

as for Citey coping with the whole OT booing? na lie
Citey boiz arent really big game players like tht apart from a few that wont play the game
Barry, SWP and Ireland too should be handful for us but just like i said

it will be a comprehensive victory cos of these reasons
¬ The new self belief will be their undoing. They will come to play and when you do that at OT, ure as good as dead
¬These are largely untested lots and i see them fading when the heat becomes unbearable. The real test of the season starts at OT on Sunday
¬ mark Hughes is still an apprentice grin
¬Their best forward line will be missing
¬ UTD have a point to prove that we are still the Lord of the Rings

3-1 it will end

Double standards dey worry una . . .

Ade was not loved but he had 2 songs composed for him . . . shocked

DUDU has been the most hyped Arsenal striker coupled with the sympathy he got off MT's tackle . . .

what Chacal is saying and I concur is; WHAT U HAVE IS WHAT U HAVE . . .what u hope for is BASICALLY what it is; HOPE . . .we can only hope that DUDU comes good !!!

Ade has shown on his day; HE CAN DESTROY ANY TEAM, just same way he DESTROYED AC MILAN grin

I remember vividly well when I kept on saying here; our goalkeeping dept was wack, then Debosky would come and defend his GUARDIAN ARSENE WENGER . . .NOW IT HAS COME TO THE FORE cry cry

ARSENAL DOESNT EVEN HAVE A DECENT GOALIE-MEPON ? shocked

I SWEAR I ONCE THOUGT AW WOULD BE SMART ENUFF TO BUY ENYEAMA FOR 2 MILLION GBPs . . .BUT WHAT DID HE DO ? spurned the chance of course !
so you would have wanted AW to buy Enyeama as ur Goalie mepon shocked shocked shocked
una for don go relegation

is Enyeama better than the vermaleen 20 keeping tonite? grin

We've also lost battles on our turf. That shouldn't happen on Sunday though. . .losing to City will simply be too embarrassing.
Vida will get a yellow. I can even bet on it. grin

Will take Ade off, mos' def'. Thanks tho.
when the chips are down, we usually win

we lose when the concentration is sub zero. With the way Citey are making waves, UTD will go gung ho against them and i dont know how theyll survive
80,000 OT fans booin Citey players, how they will survive the onslaught will be a miracle

Vida copping a yellow? very likely

Start Rooney n Berbatov. . . . .Like we did against SPURS.
The midfield battle would be explosive. . . . .Ireland, De Jong and Barry?? Loads of creativity in there but we should TRIUMPH.
i agree with ya
the midfield will be a test of wits and character
we need Ando, Giggs, Fletcher and Nani to deal with them

attack vs attack, we are shoulder high above
our backline is one of the best in europe

Goalie vs Goalie 50:50

Verdict: UTD to win 3-1
