the reason why it looks like the epl is strong in the UCL is becuase the same 4 clubs keeps coming every season for like 10 years now, if you look at that, you would think the league is strong, but once you look downward to the rest 16 teams, they are shyte to the loswest level,

where these cut off 16 teams are suppose to show that they can compete in the european settings, they fail woefully, even with the constant apperance of the top 4 in the epl for like 10-15 years now, how many of the ucl have they won?

It wil be foolhardy for anybody to say a league is better than the other when they dont meet on the field of play. Hence, the reason why worthy representatives of each league will come up to square up with each other to know whos the best.

so if the epl teams for 4 seasons have dominated the UCL and the UEFA cup for about 4 years is not particularly dominated by any league, are you saying i cannot infer directly from the feats of those top 4 in the epl that the Premiership is the best?
