@Netotse i think i understand the whole thing now. ) to really cut the time wasting processes, can you liaise with the people that are always involved in the process from A to Z This might take you a week to two depending on how long the processes are 2) Get all processes mapped on a visio with the timelines for each process and the owner of each process 3) explain the reason why youre doing this to your bosses so u can enjoy their buy in. when ure done with this, look at the processes one by one and see which of the processes do not add value and delete. Map the final proces on a visio, take it to your bosses and let them make it a bible for all your bidding processes with this, u guys would have an idea of the number of days the process will take from the beginning to the end For example, if the first process is Opening of tender and u have ascribed a day to this process on the visio map (make sure you put the name of the process owner also) and the owner knows quite well this process should only take a day, if it takes more than a day, then he/she knows hes the reason for the delay in the whole thing. I think it works cos when i was in consulting, i actually helped plenty parastatals optimized their processes and they really appreciated our efforts in making things work at the speed of light summary > map out the whole processes AS IS > map out the processes after the cutting and pruning > engage the buy in of your bosses >engage the owner of each process of their responsibilities and the timelines for their processes >most importantly, engage the buy in of the bank by letting them know at the beginning of each tender how long you wish for the whole thing to wound up. i think this shd work. if its hard ,engage me for just 2 weeks and ill do some magic ![]() |
^^^ Ribery shd be worth 5milla now we should just wait for when all those citey players would be sold for 1m pls, does anyone understand why Milner wants to go there? will he be able to play week in week out? with yaya toure, Viera, Barry, De Jong, Silva already there dt boi doesnt have any sense |

^^^ thats the prob its not accounting or CISA its CFA ![]() many chartered accountants usually flunk cos they think its a walk in the park. when i wanted to write, all nthe geniuses in my UNI then (some had completed ICAN and TAX) and they said they were gonna write in 5-6 months, as usual, tkb took the long approach 12-14 months ![]() as it is today, all of them are looking to me for inspiration to get pass the Level 2. one failed again while the other has scaled through. If you believe u can master it in 4 months, good best bet is next year June believe me. nyways, while ure at it, get the books and start reading |
^^^ whats the process like what are the bid securities ( as in what it entails) do you know your account officer in the bank? whats ur (org) relationship with the bank? i can understand if the first tender with the bid securities go late, but the subsequent ones shouldnt im assuming their is a process already and all your in house and the GTB guy should ordinarily do is just walk the damn process can you throw more light and lemme see what i can advise |
Yup you're right, this is definitely a very silly question. I invested 165,000 naira in 2006 and that same amount is worth less than 20,000 naira today thanks to the financial wizardry of Erastus Akingbola. And he ended up with multiple mansions in VI/Ikoyi and the bank business in which he sweet-talked me to invest ran up huge debts and losses.oh oh this argument has degenerated to this level? do you know when Intercontinental started business? do you know Akingbola has been running it from the word GO! do you know how many people made tons of cash investing in Intercontinental? and to blame Akingbola for your stupidy is crazy lemme educate you, if i invested 160k in Intercontinental in 2006 like you stated, ill probably have taken away more than 500k by 2008 Learn to be smart with money and dont blame everybody for your ignorance |
^^^ why the rush? why not June 2011? i think you need time to read and understand perfectly so you can deal with the exams with confidence start reading today to write the exams in June 2011 |
I would have preferred it if both industries could have remained civil and cooperative with eachother, instead of resorting to the usual African small mindedness.they started the madness |
nonsrule:codes sold out!!! the software generating the codes is malfunctioning. @eldee ol boi, attend to ma request na, abi do i need visa to talk to u ![]() |
Eastbay:I actually think Franz Beckenbauer would have won it those years the man was the ish when he played. Oliver Khan = Schmeichel to me Matthaus won as an Inter player so zero Rummenigge ? how is he different from all the guys that played/ playing for Man U. Ill prefer Ruud Van to Rummenigge ![]() even Mark Hughes was prolific as Rummenigge George best and Muller are on the same level cant see any difference between Bayern and UTD in me opinion |
Cristalz:are you in America? see the time u posted ![]() how u dey? but i need someone to ban Mama gee ![]() |
this is very silly, its not a competition, laws are meant to be made to support the people and not spite other nations! How did you guys feel when Nigeria was put on a terror list? simply because Nigeria had more problems to deal with than a haywire pant bomber at the time!that part defies human logic i need spiritual translation |
This Nigeria-Ghana rivalry is getting out of hand Normally, Nigerians should not be bothered about Ghana's seeming economic growth. Ghana and Nigeria are light years apart in potentials and intelligence. I don't want to join issues with anyone here, but I've come across some nasty Ghanaians in Britain. These guys have carried their animosity towards Nigerians to Britain. The other day, two of them of them were arguing with me that their football is more developed and better than that of Nigeria. I listened to what they had to say before giving them my response. I told them- ' Ghana's football is on the rise because of the clueless football executives we have in Nigeria. When it comes to individual soccer talent, Nigeria is far ahead of Ghana. Ghana's football revolution started in 2005 but you've not won the African Nations Cup since then. If Nigeria employs a solid coach in 2010 and reforms the NFF, the Super Eagles will win the next African Nations Cup in 2012.' While I do not support the rabid increase in participatory fees by Nigerian Film Bodies, Ghanaians have to realize that Nigeria will soon get her acts together. Nigeria is the powerhouse of West Africa. When the sleeping giant wakes up, Ghana will catch cold a thousand times Cheers.if na football Ghana pass us they are slightly better 5 or 4 nations cup titles to 2 for Nigeria doesnt sound good |

agitator:protectionism is an economic principle usually to engender growth of home grown coys in the face of stiff competition from MNCs ( DSTV vs HiTV )your statement should read, protectionism sometimes do not pay it reads better like that Im sure you have done your Msc abroad, did you pay the same fees as the locals? nah!!! Home grown coys should be protected always as for Ghana and 9ja movie industries- Lets see who comes out unscathed |
