I would have advised you to be patient with your Dad, so that when he too is gone, you will have access to the said properties. But my problem now is that your Dad is selling or planning to sell off the properties. That means that there might be nothing left for you to inherit. The real owner left them for you, but somebody's son, i.e. your father wants to do otherwise. This is where the problem is. I will advise that you have one on one discussion with him.
