aroyem4u: Neverthelss, I will advice you to pay the cash as soon as possible because I've read a case whereby a man's student visa wasn't issued for over 6 to 7 weeks because Deutsche Bank didn't send confirmation letter to the embassy. However, after the confirmation was received, the student visa was issued within few days... |

gudboyz: Good Morning House, I need clarification please. I went for my interview yesterday(Visit Visa), after the questions and answers, the lady handed me a white slip(Receipt for Visa fee), collected all my original documents including my Passport and asked me to come back 10days time. Does is mean that anybody they gave the white slip and collected his Passport will be granted a Visa Or is it the normal routine for both refused and issued visa? I mean,do they also ask refused applicant to come back after 10 days. I await your response, thanks. I have seen a case like that. The guy was granted his visa. However, no one can guarantee that they will grant you the visa. You just have to wait till then. |

sammykunjas: But the question is how will the embassy and especially the Foreign office know if you have the financial capacity to sustain yourself If that is the case, it is logical that every other person might want to use that means to get their visa approved even though they can't afford the 8000 euros. |

dmitroika: hello tope, godson, angel diamond and all our ogas in the house, like i said i have gone for my interview since 20th august so i sent a mail to the embassy yesterday and this as their reply. what do you think the outcome of this reply will be? it simply means that they have not gotten any approval from the foreign office to issue your visa. This may be probably due to the loads of application on the foreign office table of your city of residence. For example, some people blocked account was processed in less than less than 2 weeks, and others took 3 weeks. Therefore, it differs. |

aroyem4u: Are you sure the german embassy didn't put your application ON HOLD? The embassy collected the documents of a guy I once met at the embassy, but the application would not be processed until he paid the money into his blocked account. In my opinion, that was why the woman didn't stamp your passport. |

naijaobi: As long as you are going for an english-taught program, you DO NOT NEED to provide any proficiency in German Language to get your visa. This applies to both undergraduate and masters program. This is clearly stated by the staffs of the federal foreign office on study-in.de. However, if your program is going to be FULLY or even PARTLY taught in german, it is NECESSARY to be proficient in German in order to get your visa. 1 Like |

chuksvoice: Please house, i just got a letter from the German uni. I applied to but everything they wrote on the letter was in german language could it be an admission letter? Please anyone with similar experience shld heip me out. The letter is sent by university of tubingen, or does it mean the course offered is only taught in german? Although the course i applied was written in english. Am just a bit confused. It could be an admission letter. Just use google translation as Godson as once said. My official admission letter was written in german also. Although the school sent me an english translation, it had no official status. By the way, it's an english program |

Hello Guyz, could you help me answer this question? When I booked my appointment online for student visa, I only included TWO NAMES (First name and Surname), my middle name was not added. However, my MIDDLE NAME is included on my International Passport. Hope this won't be a problem? |
Travel / Re: German Embassy And Visa by tmed1(m): 3:40pm On Aug 07, 2013 |
dmitroika: We have an Euro account in FCMB, so there was no need to change money from naira to euro. It is either you have a domicilliary account OR have someone who has an euro account and can help you with the transfer. By the way, it has to be someone you trust. |
