Oladecoolz: nt realy am planin on gion 2 germany but am wayin other options abroad cos i also hav sum freinds studyn their at (middle east technical college) why u askin? EDUCATION:Turkey has good and reputable public universities which are quite difficult to get into, but definitely not impossible. JOB: It could be difficult to get a job, considering the fact that many of the turkish citizens are even unemployed. So, if you don't want to regret going there, you have to ensure you have a considerable amount of financial resources from your home country during your period of stay. Finally, If you have to select between Germany and Turkey,. I strongly advice you to select Germany for countless number of reasons. Goodluck! 1 Like |

lade007: My people on nairaland........congratulations to people that have gone for their interview and have gotten their visa and to those people still waiting for the goodnews,I pray it comes in due time. My interview was slated to come up on friday 4th october @ 7am but I couldn't make it down,I was 45 minutes behind schedule.I left my aos as early as 4:30 am in the morning but it rained cats and dogs and cars were breaking down even the taxi I was in couldn't move more than 40kmph due to the heavy flooding. Since this time I have been mailing the embassy to help me fix a date and they haven't given me a favourable reply. I want you good people on here to help wiv advice and suggestions as to make my own dream come to pass this october too so that we can all celebrate together. Thanks and one love The only option you have is to mail the embassy once again. Try to contact them through this e-mail: rk-visa10@lago.auswaertiges-amt.de Explain to them the way you explained it here. I sincerely hope you would receive a positive response. |

I kindly advice visa applicants to get an accommodation or hotel rservation before they arrive. I had to run 'helter-skelter' for a whole day before i got one. Great thanks to some Nigerians and more especially, the German students whom I met in the school, who helped me with my luggage and also to get an accommodation. I sincerely love this country! Expecting more good news from other applicants... wish you guyz the best. 1 Like |

pricelessmr:There is no age barrier in German education. But you would have to explain to the VO why you are just going for B.Sc at that age. pricelessmr: No, i don't think so. The courses and curriculum for medicine are significantly different from that of Engineering. pricelessmr: This is complicated because you are still a student. It is probably possible if you are in the working class or have a permanent resident permit. 1 Like |

pricelessmr: I have followed this thread after the strong desire to get a foreign postgraduate degree. Let me quickly acknowledge the good work of Tope, Godson & co. Danke! Even if you get an admission, you will have to explain and prove to the VO the reasons for the shift in medicine to Engineering. Furthermore, you will have to provide SOLID and VALID evidences such as experiences in engineering field and many others |

franklysco: You need to confirm from your school if they can extend the enrollment date for you. Some schools can do that while others might tell you to consider your admission VOID if you cannot meet up with the deadline of enrollment. You can only secure your place in the university after enrolment |
