No doubt Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin is one of the greatest friends of the poor and downtrodden within and outside Nigeria. A prophet with heart of gold that put smiles on faces of the needy, members of his church, elderly, sick, depressed gladly with a joyful heart.

Owomowomo1 recently through his foundation, Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation (JOFF) showered millions of naira on members of his church. He deserves to be celebrated from different perspectives, especially at a time like this Nigerians are going through severe hardship.

During the miracle money service, the Tireless General randomly picked two elderly women and asked them to come out to receive a blessing. Politics / True Life Story: A Prophet's Greatest Pain by Tmgold1(f): 11:36am On Jan 17, 2020
The viral video of Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin about the secret tears of the anointing got many thinking that Indeed to walk as a prophet, they will endure things most believers will never know or experience.

True prophets go through a time of testing and training, but really their whole life's journey is their training ground. To those that carry the prophetic gifting such as the Tireless General, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, Founder Mercy Television and General Overseer, Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (C.M.D.M), Warri, Delta State, popularly called Mercy City alias ‘The Arena of Solution and Power’ a prophet that carry an authority, an ability to create, the breaker anointing upon his life, the power to shift atmospheres, the ability to see and hear in the spirit realm. The enemy wants to stop this gifting at all costs by using all sorts of tricks including humans to try and distract the prophetic gifting.

The shortest verse in the bible John 11:35 “Jesus Wept” reveal its true meaning with the unfolding realities of life. How and why the icon of salvation that preached in churches shed tears; a spirit being cried simply because He shared in the taste of humanity temporarily as the anointed also cry. The prophets, whom we think have it all rosy, have reasons to shed secret tears.

Owomowomo 1 as he’s fondly called admonishes that “When faced with life’s challenges, we need to always remember that people throw stones at a tree only because the tree bears fruit. I like to think that great destinies birth great trials and tribulations. Little wonder Jesus said that “in the world, you would find tribulations but be of good cheer for I have overcome the world, John 16:33. If the son of God cried, then there is no guarantee that the roads would be smooth. The only assurance is that we would arrive at our destination. If it would be worth it, it would not be easy; if it is easy then it may not be worth it. In all, we should make an effort to remember that the anointed also cry”.

When a prophet answers the call to serve, there is a great price. One of the reasons true prophets flow powerfully is because of the price and pain they have endured to walk in the mantle. A prophet becomes an oracle, and a vessel through which He can flow. In the process of that, a prophet must lay down who they are, so the Lord can fully move through them. They are no longer for themselves, but allow the Lord to use them as He pleases. You want to know what Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin’s pain is.

Politics / Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin’s Christmas Message To Nigerians by Tmgold1(f): 3:43am On Dec 25, 2019
As Christians around the globe celebrate this Christmas season, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, General Overseer of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Warri, Delta state, has sent out his goodwill message to Nigerians.

The Tireless General in his message enjoined everyone to reflect on the life and attributes of Jesus, humility, preached peace, tolerance and self-sacrifice for each other, show love to the needy which is the main purpose of the season.

“I felicitate with all great ministers of God, our Christian brothers and sisters in particular, all Nigerians in general, followers of Mercy Television around the world on the joyous occasion of Christmas. As Christendom mark the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, let our lives reflect Christ life and attributes, and that people everywhere will accept the blessings of His mercy and grace that are made possible through His atoning sacrifice; giving and sharing; more strength to win souls to God’s kingdom.

I sincerely pray that in this yuletide season, may the light and testimony of the Savior come into our hearts, may each of us be blessed, and may we acknowledge with gratitude our Heavenly Father’s incomparable gift to us—His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

As Christmas indicates good tidings of hope and redemption, it’s my prayer that we look forward, turn our thoughts to when the Prince of Peace and the Light of the World was born (Isaiah 9:6). Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer, “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5). He promised: “He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life” (John 8:12). He said.

Religion / December To Remember 2: ‘washing Of Feet Is For Spiritual Promotion’ by Tmgold1(f): 3:34pm On Dec 16, 2019
Washing of feet is a prominent event that features as part of the programme of the year, “December 2 Remember Season 2; also known as King Solomon’s Club which primary lessons are humility, love and service. Washing another person’s feet reminds us that we are involved in helping others to be spiritually clean says Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, General Overseer of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Warri, Delta state, Nigeria.

The two-day event starting tomorrow, Tuesday,17th and Wednesday, 18th December, 2019 with the morning session at the Pool of Bethesda and evening session at the mountains in Mercy City daily will be one of the great things to ever happen in one’s life.

The Tireless General as he’s fondly called say: “Let your spiritual father with high anointing than you wash your feet for higher grace. Washing of feet is for Spiritual promotion that will reflect in all spheres of ones life. In the gospel of John, there is a story of Jesus washing each of His disciple’s feet at the Last Supper. John 13:1–17 mentions Jesus performing this act. Specifically, in verses 13:14–17, He instructs them:

14 “If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.

15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.

16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.

17 If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.”

Jesus’ choice to wash the feet of His disciples was to make a point about humble service towards others. When Jesus washed the disciples’ feet, He told them (and us), “For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.” (John 13:15).

As His followers, we are to emulate Him, serving one another in lowliness of heart and mind, seeking to build one another up in humility and love. When we seek the superiority, we displease the Lord who promised that true greatness in His kingdom is attained by those with a servant’s heart as written in Mark 9:35; 10:44. When we have that servant’s heart, the Lord promised, we will be greatly blessed as we read in John 13:17.”

Washing of feet is a mystery or parody of a popular Jewish purification ritual. It fosters Gods practical love shown to the world through his disciples. It shows not only the washing of the feet but also of hands, face and the head. It depicts the supernatural power of the holy or anointed water and the cleansing, washing and wiping of the face with a towel. It symbolizes the father-son relationship, shows a loving humility of feet washing. This will be reenacted by the servant of God, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin to exhibit the practical instruments of God. It ends sometimes with the holding of hands and sealing with a ‘holy kiss’.

TV/Movies / Actors Guild Disowns Another Self-acclaimed Actress by Tmgold1(f): 11:30pm On Nov 22, 2019
The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has again disowned another self-acclaimed actress after behaving unruly in public domain.

A journalist and public relations consultant, Mr. Ngozi Emedolibe, had taken up a humanitarian call by appealing to kind-hearted persons on his facebook timeline to assist a lady who has been abandoned in a private hospital, Tamara Medical Center, Akute Ajuwon in Ogun State after child birth.

According to the post, the said woman, Mrs. Angela Joseph Morgan, an indigene of Akwa Ibom State was lying critically ill after a caesarean session at the hospital at a cost of N200, 000.

Angela’s husband, a drycleaner had deposited the only money (N35, 000) he had saved for the child’s delivery, not knowing that the delivery would be a complicated one.

The post said the weak mother and her 9-day old baby had been abandoned to their fate in the maternity ward without medication and proper feeding.

Emedolibe then appealed for help from the public.

While some people responded positively, one Chioma Toplis who claimed to be a Nollywood star went hard on the woman who has only one child before this incident.

In her comment, Chioma Toplis said, “Give her another one year after this she will become pregnant again. They never learn. After the first child they should have taken some break till they are capable financially before getting another child into this world. It is not a competition!”

When the poster and some others pleaded that it was not time to apportion blames on any party in the imbroglio but to see to it that the life of the woman in question and her baby could be saved, the self-acclaimed actress resident in Abuja took everyone to the canvass.
To one she said, “Need my attention? Please join the queue.”

To another who said nobody needed her attention and that she should remain quiet if she was not willing to render help, Chioma retorted, “Your mother needs it (my attention) then. That is why you are still queuing.”

When our correspondent sort the reaction of the leadership of the umbrella body of actors in the country on Chioma’s public outburst, a top executive officer of the Guild who said she was speaking for the national president, Ejezie Emeka Rollas said,

“The attention of the president has been called to the unruly outburst of the said Chioma. But I want to say that she (Chioma Toplis) is not a member of AGN and so cannot be referred to Nollywood actor. In the first place, an actor is supposed to be a role model, not to be involved in any abusive or unwholesome acts. There are many people like that out there who are using the name of our respectable Guild to commit all sort of atrocity.”

It would be recalled that earlier this month (November), The AGN President had cause to disclaim one Deborah Oguntoyinbo, a purported Nollywood actress who was reportedly arrested by the police in Canada over a series of identity thefts.

According to Rollas, after extensive investigations by his association, it was found out that the so called Nollywood actress had never featured in any Nollywood film.

Rollas said, after extensive investigations by his association, it was found out that the story was blatant mischief aimed at disparaging the acting profession in particular and Nollywood in general.

The AGN national leader had then vowed to weed out all recalcitrant elements who are using the name of the association to foment trouble or commit crime.

Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, General Overseer, Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (C.M.D.M), Warri, Delta State, popularly called Mercy City alias ‘The Arena of Solution and Power’ prays for a peaceful gubernatorial election this weekend in Bayelsa and Kogi states as he gives out a total of N10, 714,000, to members of the church.

During the church service the famous clergy prayed for peaceful election as he predicts the outcome of Bayelsa election. “The same way I reveal the secret on the postponement of the presidential election early this year, it’s the same way I’m telling you; they will end up in court” he said.

It could be recalled that his predictions early this year over the postponement of the general election and the outcome of the election went viral like wildfire. On the 7th of February, 2019 the Tireless General Overseer as he’s fondly called prophesied that the 2019 general election will be postponed. The prophet made the prophecy during the day 1 of the commanded blessings partnership program at the mountain of favour in Mercy City.

The founder of Mercy Television reiterated the prophecy the next day, 8th February, 2019 during the day 2 of the commanded blessings program saying: “As a prophet of God, I know who will win the 2019 general election but the election is already postponed in the spiritual realm; the spiritual controls the physical. When you hear about the postponement of the election, know am a true prophet, because he speaks and his words come to pass”.

2 Peter 1:21 says: For prophecy came not in old by the will of man but holy men of God as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. Here the video of the confirmation of prophesy early this year.

The crusade kicks off tomorrow, Thursday 14th through Saturday, 16 November, 2019 at the National Park, Malabo (Parque Nacional De Malabo). 3:00 pm daily C.A.T. Religion / Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation Blessed Members With N10.7 Million by Tmgold1(f): 9:12pm On Nov 10, 2019
Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin through his foundation, Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation (JOFF) gave out a total of N10, 714,000 (Ten million naira seven hundred and fourteen thousand naira) to members of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (C.M.D.M), Warri, Delta State, popularly called Mercy City alias ‘The Arena of Solution and Power’.

Over 50,000 worshippers’ troop to church despite the heavy rain to attend the service tagged ‘The father’s blessing’. The man of God, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin had announced that members should come to church to receive N10, 000,000 million naira cash gift.

The man of God explains that sacrifice breaks protocol; the father’s blessings need an action to cause a reaction. “A sister to the wife of a top politician in Asaba, Delta state challenged my God that if she is able to get married pledge to give my God the sum of N10,000,000 million naira. I also promised that when she fulfills her vow I will share the money among members of the church. My God answered her and she got married. When it was time to redeem her vow she said until she gets pregnant. I called upon my God and He answered me. She got pregnant and delivered successfully like a Hebrew woman. She came to testify to what God has done but refused to fulfill her vow.

The Book of Ecclesiastes 5:5 NIV says: It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not fulfill it. Since the woman refused to fulfill her vow, I decided to fulfill my own pledge because my God has blessed me more than N10, 000,000 million naira; money is not my problem”.

The money was distributed through scratch card. What you scratch is what you win. But workers of the ministry are not eligible to partake in the exercise. After distributing the scratch card for almost two hours, over 405 persons got cash gifts in naira and dollars while others were; Go to the mountain, you’re victorious, be prayerful, amongst others.

5 persons received N200, 000 each, 10 persons received N100, 000 each, 20 persons received N50, 000 each, 200 persons received N25, 000 each, 66 persons received N15, 000 each, 100 persons received N10, 000 respectively while those with; meet Prophet Jeremiah for your blessings, 5 persons received $400 each.

Events / The Formal Launch Of The "Richestminds Foundation" by Tmgold1(f): 9:15pm On Oct 28, 2019
By Gbola Oba

It was an emotionally uplifting outing for me on the night of Saturday 26th October, 2019, to have attended the official launching of RICHESTMINDS FOUNDATION at the Hilton Hotel, Paddington, London.

Lady Famusudo, the Founder and President of the Foundation, a retired "Prescription Nurse" (the terminology refers to a senior cadre of NHS nurses who, like doctors, can diagnose patients and prescribe medicines), had kindly primed me a day or two after my arriving in London on the 22nd, that she wanted me to chair the occasion. Very humbling indeed. The Foundation is a collection of doctors, nurses, social workers and other goodhearted medical and care professionals who are determined to upskill medical professionals in Nigeria, so they can better serve the public, and intensify medicare knowledge dissemination for the wellbeing of African-Afro Caribbean denizens in the UK. Their laudable objectives also include mentoring black youth to get to Ivy League universities' medical schools, like Oxford and Cambridge.

Lady F., whose loving husband has been a very polite and enlightened older friend of mine for almost two decades, was, I guess in appreciation of how my colleagues and I helped her, some months ago in Lagos, Nigeria, to reach out, through a radio programme I do every morning, to hundreds of SRNurses that she and her colleagues took through a two-day Emergency & Trauma Management skills upgrade training in the BOSCH Centre on the campus of our construction training institute, www.ULDA-edu.ng.

Far more humbling was the responses I got after my Chairman's Speech and the encore speeches I was implored to make to promote the youth edification and social-enterprise projects (www.ulda-edu.ng, www.ukuldacoop.org and www.automedicsafrica.com) I'm involved on in Nigeria, UK and Dubai. The Nigeria-focused mass-housing and infrastructure development UK-based cooperative, ULDA & PARTNERS COOPERATIVE LTD- www.ukuldacoop.org, was said to have received good prospective members' enquiries after my speeches at the event.

Politics / A Clarion Call By Gbola Oba by Tmgold1(f): 2:38pm On Oct 28, 2019
I used to think I was mad on my conviction of the utter obsolescence of the global educational system until I heard this iconoclast! (Please watch the attached video and then come and read this write-up like you want to write an examination on it. #Lol)

Education based on memorialisation is DEAD! Showing pupils/students how to information-navigate (like we teach people to drive and then allow them, once we've established that they've attained driving competence, to drive to any destination of their choice/passion) should be the new focus of education.

That's why the soon-to-be-crowned "Village Letter Writers" (who'll be as important as the first generation of "western educated" interpreters or letter writers of yore, who interfaced on behalf of their communities with the then colonial officers and gained functional honour and respect far and above historic cultural aristocrats because of their, ironically, often comically incoherent literary and numeracy skills and, far importantly, the power inherent in their been regularly seen hobnobbing with "Oyinbo Pepper, Yukuyuku..."wink will be Coders, Programmers, Algorithm Scribes, etc. Simply put, Computer Science buffs and enthusiasts (please note that I didn't write "graduates"! One of the most successful young entrepreneurs I know in Nigeria-who, as far back as 10 years plus ago, rebuffed legal emigration opportunity to Germany, Dele Odufuye, a two or more times winner of the famous "Futures Award" in Nigeria, who runs a successful ICT venture, @Tsaboin, with his younger brother, @Kunle Odufuye, graduated in Toxicology and the brother in Mathematics or something not directly related to computing or computer science. It was the empowering vision held by their late dad then that infotech skills would ultimately give them employability cum enterprise advantage in future, some quarter of a century ago, which made him buy them a desktop PC and allowed them to physically, i.e. hardware wise, and digitally, programming wise, abuse it; Dele once told me how he lost count of the number of times they disassembled and reassembled the unfortunate PC and how they DOS-understood its language beyond the ostensible GUI interface that the majority of computer or computer-powered device users interact with! It was those skills that childhood/playful curiosity, far more than college education, bequeathed them that've made them to be sustainable employers of labour today! Indeed, Dele started earning far and above graduate-level pay from his undergrad days in @FUNAB, Abeokuta, when a female lecturer whose hubby was an IT Manager of a blue chip company, introduced him to her husband who was pleasantly shocked that the young man could write computer programmes that he was spending millions of naira to get expats to... I used to be very happy that the boys pampered their mechanical engineer dad after the motoring accident which constrained him to a wheelchair) will be Techies.

I religiously tell youngsters (western educationally brilliant or not) to learn and master the infotech dynamics powering any natural or occupational passion they have. All trades, hobbies and proclivities (like @Samuel Ajayi Crowder who translated the Bible to Yoruba and Igbo and @Samuel Johnson who wrote the first book on the History Of The Yoruba, the first set of our heroes past to codify faith, history, folklore, etc, which had existed before their births, into writing and still hold unending legendary status because of their literacy and literary works) are not only now dependent on information technology but the relevance and economic fortunes of the hobbyists and/or professionals will soon be defined by the level of IT competence-as in operating cutting edge tools and/or, far more importantly, programme the algorithm upon which the tools/equipment function. A bosom friend and business partner, @Kehinde Ekisola, knows how dogmatic I am about code-writing and my vocational-education-enterprise partners, @Austin Adekunle Shonaike @Babatunde Faleye @Olawumi Gasper @Sam Koya Adeyemi @Sakiru Oresanya @Lukman Lawal Garu and others too numerous to mention, know how I accentuate the importance of letting trainees add competence in the use and manipulation of state-of-the-art tools/equipment in the trades in which they're being trained to the realisation that automation and robotics will soon make any mental and/or physical skills they have to be outdated, but that those who own tomorrow are not those who, like the 19th century Luddites who violently resisted the mechanisation of the textile industry, fight the inevitable trend but those who own it, by being comfortable with it and are seen to have the competence to operate the tools or, indeed, invent them!

In concluding, I've either tagged you to this publication or I've specifically sent it to you (indeed, put it in a forum that you belong to) because of a PRIMARY REASON that'll be clearly stated after a brief story about myself and the relatively humbling fame my name and my face command. Twenty years ago, I convinced myself that intellectual content merchandising, especially before a televisual tool (something akin to broadcast journalism), would define the future of public intellection in Nigeria; where, in furtherance of my late mother's (who I fondly called Iya-Eleja) prophesy, "Adisa, o ma soro ni Nigeria yi Ijoba agbo, Ijoye agba ara'lu a pon e le" (transliteration: You shall speak in this Nigeria, the good and the great must listen and the masses shall honour you), I was mentally loading developmental contents and governance strategies in the UK and the EU zone where I then resided. Albeit I've always loved writing since my secondary school days but Africans, particularly Nigerians don't read! So, I went into independent TV production and soon discovered I was beholding to the vagaries of the trade's necessary tools' handlers (cameramen, video editors and broadcast platform owners). A sobering postmortem analysis of the then level of anxiety I was having as a result of my dealings with the human elements in the production and broadcasting value chain, made me to learn camera-handling, video-editing and I was, with a fellow church member who was one of the few internet broadcasting IT gurus in our London community then, registered www.universalise.com, a commercial video broadcasting platform with which I serviced the vanity of some pentecostal pastors (the infamous Kenyan Pastor Gilbert Deya was my highest spending client then) who wanted to stream the recorded video contents of what they believed was their most celebrated preachments. I soon moved into conventional satellite television through BEN TV, where the independence those forced-to-acquire skills and my unorthodox political punditry made some Nigerian governors, ministers, a former head of state, a then sitting vice president and some African presidents with many eminent Africans-like Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Late Prof. Wangaru Maathu Maathai, the first black woman to win the Nobel Prize for Peace, and Afro-Caribbeans became my content-minefield. If political content packaging (through interviews, punditry and near-propagandising for some Nigerian politicos) was giving me good money, fame and robust access to people in power, I was so very disillusioned with it. In my quest to diversify into non-political contents to consolidate my televisual enterprise away from politics, I accidentally fumbled the car-radio's dial after a breakfast meeting, in late 2009 or early 2010, with one of my gubernatorial clients then to a unique automotive mechatronics radio programme, AUTOMEDICS that my principal automotive business partner now, @Kunle Shonaike, was anchoring. Titillated and enamoured with the quality of content he was dishing out through the radio show, I concluded I needed to do a TV documentary on him as a fellow returnee revolutionising the chaotic world of auto maintenance/repair in Nigeria then. Soon after the commencement of the docu-drama (as members of the motoring public brought their vehicles for the dramatisation of auto-diagnosis skills by Kunle, and @Benedict Okoh), I concluded that with or without me Kunle must start a training institute to up skill the largely ignorant "roadside mechanics", who, as I'd unfortunately experienced with the sheer vandalisation of my first two cars in Nigeria, needed the skills-empowerment... One thing led to the other, particularly Kunle telling me that his forte was in "grease-monkeying" I, driven by conviction once again, opted to start and run the training institute around him. Today, nearly ten years after, we have more than 7000 (seven thousand) alumni, with more than 1000 (one thousand) businesses, averaging 5 employees with our alumni owners spanning the length and breadth of our very large country, literally started and owned by graduates of the institute (many of whom, unlike the artisanal mechanics we originally conceptualised the training for, are tertiary institution graduates!)

The remarkable success of the @Automedics Nigeria www.automedicsafrica.com training experience from about six years ago, convinced me it could be replicated in the problematic world of Nigeria's building and construction sector, which is bedevilled with wasteful artisanal incompetence and professional disconnect! About two years ago www.ulda-edu.ng was started with a group of diaspora trained and experientially exposed construction experts, just like Kunle is for me in automotive. The adoption of the institute by NECA as a training facilitator in the construction trades exemplifies its magnificent success. However, the greatest good that www.ulda-edu.ng's creation has birthed for me is the coalition or aggregation of Nigerian real estate and infrastructure development enthusiasts or investors who are members of the cooperatives (ULDA AND PARTNERS-OSHODI-MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE LTD, in Lagos, www.ukuldacoop.org in London, UK, and another sister outfit registered in Baltimore, USA) leveraging the skilled workforce the institute produces to deliver quality affordable mass-housing and infrastructure developments. This classical business or investment social-enterprise instructs this missive to you. The frustrated single parent mum of a young startup techpreneur once called me after a session of a daily morning news analysis radio programme I do every morning I'm in Lagos at www.city1051fm.com. She was distraught that the young man, @Tosin Tuyi, was putting too much into barely eking a living. After listening to her emotive story, I told her to let the boy call me, the call led to a couple of meetings and he intimated me with his vision to kick start Ikorodu's equivalent of the now world famous "Yaba Co-Habitation Hub". My wife, Divine Grace, has graciously obliged one of the vacant apartments in her 6-apartment 3-storey building inside the sprawling estate of her late mother on Itokin Road, opposite Federal Low Cost Housing Estate in Ikorodu.

I NEED 99 (NINETY NINE) MORE BELIEVERS IN THE NIGERIAN YOUTH TO JOIN ME IN CO-INVESTING N50, 000 (FIFTY THOUSAND NAIRA) EACH IN KICK STARTING THE VENTURE.

NB: This is not a call to charity. It's a social enterprise investment that must recompense your investment financially and (apart from the fact that Tosin Tuyi with his technical partners will be democratising codewriting, programming and robotics skills to local underprivileged kids) on which your business can leverage to solve IT problems at competitive rate. Please Facebook Messenger me "IKD TECH HUB" if you want to join me and my wife in bringing this skills- cum enterprise-empowerment project into reality.

Religion / 'The Pulpit' By Ngozi Edemba 'Female Oracle Of God' Launched (Photos) by Tmgold1(f): 2:21pm On Oct 28, 2019
Despite the heavy downpour of rain on Sunday, friends, colleagues, church members and associates gathered in their large numbers to attend the book launch of Prophetess Ngozi Edemba (JP) aka Female Oracle of God titled, ‘The Pulpit’ at The Bible Guest House, Palm Groove Estate, Lagos.

The launch coincided with Edemba's birthday celebration and unveiling of her ministry, Vessels of Transformation (Mount of Remembrance).
Bishop Elijah Adepoju in his welcome address said the book is a must read for individuals that wants to go into the ministry and it will impact on their lives positively.

Ace broadcaster, Yinka Kenny told the audience that: as an individual, when you keep doing what you love to do, your work will speak for you. Whatever you have done over the years, someday that work will speak for you positively and you will receive favour and honour.”

Ahmed Qasim Adeniyi, a guest rightly observed that Edemba is someone God has called because she is good to people around her. She has empowered a lot of people and as a Muslim, he doesn't discriminate himself from associating with people from other religions.
Talking about the book, he said the book will help people that want to go into the ministry and serve as a guide to them.

Nollywood artiste and producer, Ifeoma Okeke commended the author on her birthday saying it is an awesome rainy day. “Happy birthday to my friend who has been with me all these years despite all the challenges we have faced.”

She disclosed she has known the celebrant for more than two decades and has really helped a lot of people through her foundation. She urged the author to write more books that will touch the lives of people positively when they read the book.

Elated Edemba appreciated the audience for attending the event despite the rain that she is honoured. She also thanked her husband and her children for supporting her when she was writing the book. She recalled that before now, she had tried writing a book but she could not because it wasn't the right time for her to write the book. Now she has written the book and it was launched at the right time.

She recalled initially that she didn't know how to commence writing of the book but she prayed and was directed to put all her messages in an inspirational. Sometimes, when she goes to preach at crusades, people do tell her that they want to be like her in the things she does. For example, they have been in the ministry but they don't know how to preach. She adds that she has put all her messages together into a motivational book for people to read and be inspired when they want to go into ministry. A lot of people do write messages but they don't know where the scriptures are found, so the book helps them find solutions to their problems while preaching.

She is optimistic that next year, August; she would write another stimulating book.

“It was the Holy Spirit that ministered to me and I wrote them down and when you speak it out to people, you would see great impartation.” when she goes out to preach, she sees people following her telling me that they have been blessed through her preaching and they have testified a lot to the glory of God.

She further speaks more about herself, Hear her: “My background is Celestial Church. I am a bonafide member of Olajuwon Tejuosho Cathedral, Surulere but the Lord has sent me forth, to have my own ministry where I can be more effective in praying for people. My ministry, Vessel of Transformational Ministries (Mountain of Remembrance, with God all things are possible), programmes are held every Tuesdays for counselling while Thursdays are for revival at Atinuke Shopping Plaza, Cele Expressway Lagos.

No matter how you see the challenge, with God everything is possible. This is my 29th years in the prophetic ministry and when it comes to pulpit, this is my 15 years on the pulpit as a preacher of the word of God.”

She recalled she started as a member in the Catholic Church and wanted to become a Reverend Sister but her mother said no because she gave birth to her and she wants her to also give birth to children because she wants to see her grandchildren.

Later, her friend invited her to a White Garment Church, though before now, she used to detest the church because they don't wear shoes and that how can she not wear slippers or shoes when she goes to church. Her friend invited to a naming ceremony and in that church, she found herself in a trance where she saw visions for people. The owner of the parish told them to leave her and she was there for seven days but that was her first day in a Celestial church, and that was how her journey started in the church.

“There are a lot of pastors with one challenge or the other and when you go to them for support, they will give you one excuse or the other not to support you.” Her ministry is set out to help the less privileged, widows in the society. She has carried out series of programmes where they have empowered them through the help of God. She has a charity organisation where programmes are executed to help the less privileged in the society. People have supported her by providing some of the items needed for the programme. “With that, you cannot preach the word of God to somebody that is hungry, they won't be able to listen to you but with the little help that you render to them, they will listen to what you have to say.”

Politics / Mercy City Workers, Others Illuminate Ikweghwu As Lagos Blogger Buries Mum by Tmgold1(f): 9:20am On Oct 24, 2019
In a rare display of humility and fatherly appreciation, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, General Overseer, Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (C.M.D.M), Warri, Delta State, Nigeria, created an enabling atmosphere to encourage members who desired to attend the burial ceremony of Madam Comfort Abi Oviri (Alias Mama), mother of Theresa Moses (fondly called Tessy Gold), Publicity Partner and Social Media Aide to the Prophet. The funeral held Friday August 30 to Sunday September 1, 2019.

The gesture made it possible for Mercy City members to join the crowd of friends, family, and well-wishers from all walks of life who thronged the small community of Ikweghwu in Agbarho Town, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State for the memorable burial.
Prophet Fufeyin did not hide his admiration for Theresa’s hard work, creativity and commitment in projecting Mercy City on the global media, despite her full-time work as the Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief of Gatmash Blog, Ikeja, Lagos.

The Prophet, who is famous for his generosity and philanthropy, according to reliable sources, contributed financially also towards the huge success of the event which held from Friday August 30, Service of Songs; Saturday, Funeral rites/internment and Outing Service on Sunday.
The prophet was said to have supported the blogger with millions of naira to enable her complete the house she was building for the aged mother, where she was eventually laid to rest. That was not all. The amiable media persona was short of words to quantify the extent of the Prophet’s support. The blogger recapped: “Aside the money to help complete the house, releasing the workers who gave me enormous moral support, Papa also doled out additional cash for the entertainment, prayed for a successful ceremony and more. What else could anyone ask for? Only the Almighty God will reward Papa for backing me to give my mother a befitting burial.”

The huge financial support from the generous Prophet didn’t come as a surprise to many because Theresa, popularly called Tessy Gold, is one of his loyal media aids, a partner of the ministry and a hard working journalist always trending the goodwill of the prophet on different blogs, newspapers and social media.

The entire Mercy Television crew, members of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, popularly called Mercy City, Warri, and Ikeja, Lagos, were massively on ground to support their own. Also media colleagues, Command Day Secondary School, Jos, Plateau State Alumni, family members, friends and well-wishers from Lagos, Ikom in Cross River State, Port Harcourt, Jos, FCT, Abuja, Benin City, Kwara State etc., came to celebrate with the blogger.

She also expressed her appreciation for the unusual show of corporate social responsibility by Mr. Paul Maduakor, Managing Director/CEO of Haggai and Zenith Sports Limited, (Haggai Sports Wear is a subsidiary of Zenith Sports) an indigenous textile manufacturer based in Lagos. He supported Tessy Gold with 60 pieces of beautifully customized jerseys worth thousands of naira for the burial of her mom.
Alhaji Lukman Garu, one of Nigeria’s biggest entrepreneur/CEO, Garu Technologies Nigeria Limited, a leading automotive/garage equipment and tools company known for sales and services of Automotive equipment and tools, as well as training of automobile personnel and GSM Repair Support Software also supported the blogger financially.

It was indeed a celebration of life as there was plenty to eat, drink and take-away that memorable Saturday, August 31, 2019.
On the spiritual angle, the Choir of Redeemed Christen Church of God, House of Praise Model Parish, Ikweghwu, entertained with hit Gospel songs back to back. Guests were treated to a lovely live band performance by Sawene, a sought-after traditional musician and his breath-taking dancers; even as a witty joke-merchant fondly called Otota enlivened the atmosphere with his jokes and wonderful dance steps.

Mourning the late Madam Abi, Pastor Augustine E. Omoaregba from the Provincial Headquarters of the Redeemed Christen Church of God, Effurun, Delta State and Deacon Thomas Uwaje, recalled that she will be greatly missed for her devotion to God, humanity and family.
“Mama was a virtuous woman; a loving and caring mother to all, a devout redeemer who hardly misses church service or activity despite her age. Our prayer to mama’s children is that God will comfort you and that mama has gone to rest peacefully with the Lord.”
Reading the profile of her mother, the only daughter and last child, Theresa tearfully went memory lane to eulogize mama’s struggle to assist her husband to care for the children.

“As a child, mama toured me round the country, teaching us our culture, moral values and the fear of God. My mother did her share of the work growing and making sure we had the best, especial with my dad always travelling to different states due to the nature of his job. She worked extra hard that it would be difficult for an ordinary city housewife of today to imagine. Even now, I can picture mama, a fighter, strong woman ever ready to help.

As far as the education of her children was concerned, it’s paramount to her. She has sold her clothes to pay my schools just to make sure I don’t miss out of school. Always cautioning us never to tell lies or do anything to cause trouble to other people. I am grateful to her that she did all these for us. As I grew up in life, I came to realize that all these were the most important things for us to have learned. I admire my mother for coping with my stubbornness. Amazingly, no matter how old I am or the quarrels we had, she still treated me like a baby. I WILL MISS YOU. I LOVE YOU SWEET MOM!”

Madam Comfort Abigail was born into the families of Oviri Umolu in Oha of the Ugbiemi family in Okpe Local Government Area and Emetejivwe Okorodudu of the Ilaro family in Ikweghwu, Agbarho, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State. She peacefully died at the age of 82 on Friday February 8, 2019. Mama lived a quiet life, full of sacrifice and spent the last eight years of her life in Ikweghwu. She had five children, but lost two, raised other children from outside. Mama is survived by three children (Benson, Diamond and Theresa), but can boast of a total of fourteen grandchildren, as well as a host of relatives.

Madam Comfort was a very simple woman with little education, but she succeeded in raising her children in good health. She represented a victorious mother. Her life was a happy one; at least, in her early years, she worked as a factory worker with the defunct Trebor Peppermint Company in Apapa, Lagos. She hustled so hard and trained few of her children in Ajegunle area of Lagos before relocating to the northern part of Nigeria with her husband, where she had her last daughter in Jos. They served especially in places like Zaria in Kaduna, Yola in Adamawa, Bauchi, Kano, Maiduguri, Jos, etc.

She experienced the civil war, suffered the same as everyone else and her favourite quotes were: “Money make iron float, Chop money people fear you, Money stop nonsense” among others.

Madam Abi gave her time to the work of God; she was a dedicated member of Redeemed Christen Church of God, House of Praise Model Parish, Ikweghwu town, Agbarho. Mama became a devoted member after relocating from Lagos to Delta State. Her selfless sacrifice towards family members and friends was felt.
