We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).. I also have not received any email from them. I sent them a DM on twitter and also got this response '' Hello looks like we received your document and are processing it''. Do i just leave it as it or i have to constantly send reminders before my status changes in my WES account.

You have gotten positive response. Just chill and give them little space then fire them again. You are fine now

I noticed that we have few applicants going though the pnp route, so we have to source for a lot of info ourselves... However, Manitoba did a draw on 26th of September with a lil over 380 applicants.. still waiting for saskatchewan to be opened and Ontario to start issuing NOI hopefully this month or next. So let's all be watchful and hopeful. May God help us all...

You can check the province individuals websites. Some of them absorb without job offers,especially Ontario, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Check on them and see their requirements.

Thanks Boss. I actually faxed my statement of result to WES but they are still requesting more required document. They wrote "NOT RECEIVED" in front of certificate and ACCEPTED in front of academic transcripts. Now evaluation is on hold, awaiting documents status.

Use this link to fax it http://www.myfax.com/free/ and make sure the file is in pdf format. It should be acknowledge within 48hours all things being equal. Best of luck.

Please kindly help me out on this confusing matter. I have being reading and making personal findings but I can't still get solution. I'm a microbiologist with HND and worked for 4 years. I'm working as Quality Assurance Officer now with 3years experience and still counting. Here is my challenge, I can't get any of the two professionals on any of the visas programs. The closest I got was Quality Assurance Manager and I don't know if I can't put in for that. Thanks in anticipation.

Please tweet @ircc for better response because that is what i will do if I'm in your situation. But writing LOE and notarized it with attachment of your appointment letter, confirmation of appointment letter and your JD will suffice. Twitter will bail you out please do that and get back to us for future reference purpose. Best of luck

My company does not give out reference letters for migration or embassy appointments/visa processing,

So my question is can a sworn affidavit and or notarized document on plain paper suffice in place of reference letter from the company.

This has been dealt with time without number here. Give your supervisor or manager to sign it for you. Get the photocopy of his ID card /business attach to it. Please take your time to go back to previous pages to get more info on this. There is no time to rush when you don't understand what you are doing. Ensure the letter follow the cic format too. Hi All, I'm not sure if this is where I should be posting this question but anyways...I have an enquiry about APEGA Registration (for engineers) and I believe someone can help.

So I had my credential evaluation completed via WES, which what I used for my EE application. I have received my PR now.

To get myself prepared for Canada, I decided to register with APEGA to get EIT status. So, I applied for an upgrade of my WES report (i.e. I applied for the course-by-course evaluation). My understanding is that my universities do not have to send my transcripts, degree certs or complete any verification again since this was done previously. Strangely, I got an email from WES few days after applying for the upgrade that my application is pending because they are awaiting verification from my universtity. I am wondering why my university will verify what has already been verified.

I have sent two emails to WES via their contact page and yet no reply. I was on the phone this evening to a representative that was insisting my uni has to verify my transcript. I called again 2 hours after and spoke to another person. She also said the same thing (makes me think they have a scripted message they just read out to everyone). When she saw I wasn't having it, she said she will forward my enquiry to the appropriate dept and they will be in contact with me.

Please has anyone experienced this? Also, what medium can I use to call-out WES...as it is now this email and phone calls ain't working.

Retrieving a chat history of 2014 is a big challenge atm, be it on BBM or whatsapp and same for call logs, this is primarily due to misplaced, spoilt or lost phones, moreso 3yrs is a long time.
what would you suggest we do in this case? We are thinking of writing a cover letter to explain this.
Again, would you advise we wait a month or 2 before reapplying as we don't want to appear too desperate.
Will EEA family permit benefit from a Priority service?
