I went to their hq at tomi's with my document, suit and a lawyer friend. I met their rep/manager. After series of questioning, identification and over 4hrs of waiting(during the wait, i still add 600k to it making it 3m+), my account was cleared.

Right there in their office, i got the alert......
I told them to delete my account that i won't be needing it in the near future....

Last week I won 500k+. To withdraw it have been war... From verification to otp etc... Anytime I request code for email it will give me error. I still try sms code sent thing....
When I messaged them they said I should wait till 3days which is today.. over the wait I have managed to make the money 2.4m+ now they are telling me I need to come to their office because
1. I have multiple account with them...
2. I requested for code too much and for security reasons won't give the money until I come physical....

What i do is i take like 1k and gamble overnight slow and steady, once its 2k+ i'll withdraw my initial 1k. Then i use the remaining 1k to go all-in and if luck's on my side, before 6am the next morning am already at least 20k+, withdraw, save 15k and flex the remaining 5k+. Paradventure i lost when going all-in, i will just sofri sleep till the next night i start again with that 1k......

So, it's about how you discipline yourself...

1. Never ever chase your lose.
2. Set time limit. I dont gambld during the day, only at night in full mind.
3. Set monetary limit. Mine is 1k evry night. If i loose 2days in a row, i won't gamble till after a week.
