The thing is USA and UK are one of the good countries to relocate to but when you consider some factors like security for example... You will see that these two countries cannot be compared to all the countries i mentioned in terms of security.

I can't feel safe in these countries. Gun violence in USA and knife violence plus honor killing in the UK, made me remove them from the list.

you can get a good gsd from a trustworthy kennel just don't buy from random dog owners.
if you buy from a kennel you can check the dog's parents and if possible post the pics here so we can at least tell to an extent if it's a good stock, although you can't just judge a dog's purity based on looks alone.
you also need to check the dog's temperament, don't just pick randomly, get a puppy that has already started showing signs of alertness.
for now I think gsd is the safest way to go for a security dog, just make sure you exercise and socialise the dog properly for her so she won't end up with a nervous, destructive dog.
other guard breeds you mentioned are too much for her to handle as a first time dog owner, they are either too big, stubborn or aggressive. get her a gsd that has a moderate amount of all those qualities. goodluck

Is this for security or just to keep her company....if it's the former...then get a big dog ...ur 65k should get u a not too pure breed caucasian or rott or u could get lucky someone is willing to give away a pure breed caucasian or rott for cheap price .but remember big dog and their big shiit, and loud noise.

.if its the latter just to keep her company, get her a toy breed like Lhasa, u can never go wrong with a Lhasa and u will still get change....out of the 65k a sure banker pure breed....I have someone in ogunstate Abeokuta who has a puppy just incase...
