Giwa said, “The Whistle App is aimed towards enhancing the role of LASTMA officials within the ambit of the law and its purpose is for Lagosians to ensure safety by utilising it to report accidents, dangerous driving, traffic violations and bad road users. When you see these things, you can capture them and report them to us using the app.
“The Whistle app is available for download on Google Play Store and with the app, citizens can record traffic and other related incidents and send them to us. We have created a data centre here and our officers here will respond to these traffic infractions and LASTMA personnel will be deployed to the site.” he added
