The plantain leaves are beginning to go yellow and drying. The expert I contacted said I should weed the farm and apply fertiliser.

Please is it advisable to apply fertiliser during this dry season since no rain again ? Or do I need to irrigate the farm ?

it is irrigation that u need bro, And again don't weed for now as those grasses helps in mulching so that water will not be lost through evaporation. weed only during rainy season and apply fertilizer only then.

I free range dem, and no compound yet, so I do that mostly to differentiate dem from other people's birds.

l love ur way but instead why not tie a piece of cloth around the wing region so that incase u want to sell it, it will not reduce the market value

Are u sure, this is pekin. This is because they suppose to be bigger than than this at 4 weeks. And also pekin is always white.This might be foreign duck but surely not Pekin

I will advice u to only rear broiler and turkeys, forget about noiler. Here in Enugu the market for noiler is very poor unless Is otherwise in ur area.

you can book from chicken vendors around u, but know in as much as they grow fast, they don't incubate their eggs. you need an incubator

Try using foreign drugs like tylodox; penprovit. All those drug you posted there pics do not dissolve in water. They settle down under the water.

pls guys my turkeys are affected with fowl pox. what can I use to treat them. I have tried ampiclox; pox proline but I have not seen any significant improvement.
