Do PCV test and ask dem. There was a time I was sick and d Dr recommend I do PCV test in a lab, was told I av 30% and it's abit low bt fair.
Even dat 28% she has self, I ask a woman last week if 32% is nt too low for my delivery and she said she do gv birth at 27/28 bt to b on safer side, make one sha boost to avoid go buy blood story

Try nd b eating beetroot or make it as juice

Please I have a question oh. According to Google, I am just entering 3rd trimester (I am 27 weeks and a few days). Is it possible for morning sickness to come back this late in the pregnancy. It’s more of all day sickness, nausea, weakness, headaches and tiredness. I didn’t even have nausea this bad in my first trimester. Shouldn’t all these symptoms have gone?

I think some people do have dat symptoms again in dere 3rd trimester. My boss used to have nausea in her first and last trimester, infact datz wat always make me knw she's pregnant and about to deliver nd serious back pain in her second trimester but me oooo, apart from d 1st trimester wey show me pepper small because I vomit every food I eat nd ct drink any water except very cold nd block nd I didnt use any drug until middle of 2nd month wey I buy folic acid and I stop it at 3rd month since it makes me vomit, 2nd till now(28wks+1day) na faji for me xcept once in a while dat I feel weak and av back pain if I wan comot from bed, datz all and I dey work like jackie, lift anytyn till now self.

No matter what we feel, We ll endure it nooni. the best is God will see us through, no complications, no loss IJN

1. If you feel you can continue with work it's fine but cut down on your workload. Let whatever you do at work now just be like an exercise to you and not trying to please your superiors BUT if hubby wants you to stop at 37 and he really means it, you can and supplement with the little house chores you can do so as not to stay idle and also keep your body exercised.

2. Its very normal to do more than one scan. Normally your hospital should have done an anomaly scan on you at 20 week thereabout. Also as you approach EDD, you should do another scan to know baby's presentation in preparation for delivery as it will help guide you hospital.
But you try shaa since 13 weeks? I'm 32+ and I've had like 3 done. I'm only restraining myself to keep it further

Pls is anomaly scan compulsory?? My hospital didn't ask to do anytyn of such and I remember a woman ask during last ANC and d Dr told ha she has pass d stage

My sister used pregnacare plus last 2 years without anyoda drugs and her pikin b like pawpaw (though dunno if it's as a result of d pregnacare or d tins she eat because she drink yogurt wella too) even dos nurses were like na China dis pikin suppose be o and we all thought he ll still be black because im papa and mama no light bt his complexion is till dere.
It gives her strength too, whenever she feels weak nd she uses it, her body go fit back. Na d moni makes me run from it sha, wen dey told me 10200 so I av to stick wit the pregna multi dem gimme for clinic since I was told it has folic acid and calcium insyd too

I woke up today in high spirit ready to go for my antinatal with my fine bubu gown and new all back braids I made yesterday
Took bike from my house to the junction, told the aboki bike man 'kadankada fah' I even pointed to my stomach so he can understand.

On the bike too I was still cautioning him with kadankada. Within a twinkle of an eye, this aboki man went to climb a rocky part whereas there was a smooth part beside it o, I was Still cautioning him when his tyre hit one sharp something and I can't even explain what happened that minit, I held unto him shouting blood of Jesus. The bike was going for a fall.
How God held him and we didn't fall is still a Miracle. handbag fell down , phone, everything with me.

People rushed to us to bring me down and all I could do was cry. Infact they all gathered and was insulting him.

Just thanking God cos it wasn't more than that, if not where I for dey? With my biggie belle?

Goodafternoon Mamas. I went for my antenatal today and got a scary revelation about my pregnancy. I am 30weeks gone and doctor said my baby's position is supposed to be head down already. She says by 37weeks if it's not head down, I will be booked for CS which costs between 200-250k( this is a general hospital o).

Please is there anything I need to do to help reposition my baby??

Dunno wat to do to make baby turn and I blv experience mamas ll talk abt it though av always read abt exercise like walking bt dunno at wat week it works for.
But sincerely if na CS go help U nd d baby, jt commit it to God and go for it, it's jt d amt dat's always sumhw sha(imagine general saying 200k-250k) bt I blv God ll provide all needed in abundance. Dunno y ppl r always scared of CS though

So we went for our ANC today and I ask abt the rhesus factor (O+/O-) injection bt the Dr said make I no worry, I don't nid it.
She feel baby wit her hand and said Ur baby is moving, I con tell her madam I no dey feel d movement oo. She jt smile and tell me wat I touch nw, baby moves and I can see it and U r saying U no dey feel any movement... In conclusion, I accept say na me no sabi movement/kick/hiccups ooo
