Abeg how much Una dey buy body suit and sleep suit and how many dey ok to buy for now. At what month do babies kit up and stop wearing all this sleep/body suit

scan do c it, sonographers even c d number of cord u ve, of its two or three n how blood move frm u to baby n baby to u... Dey c everytin happening in d womb... u knw babies play wut der cord n dey tend to wiggle around it n may endup wrapping demselves wit it... May God help babies in d womb not wrap demselves wit deir cord.

Good evening. Sorry I didn’t get back to the group. Gave birth on the 23rd of March by elective CS, I had to go back after you people advised not to wait any longer. They checked baby’s weight through a scan and found out she was weighing 4.4kg. The doctor advised I shouldn’t push especially since it was my first, I didn’t object o cause at that point I was tired and I feel it was the Holy Spirit saving me from a whole lot of issues that could have happened, I was scheduled for a CS immediately. Thank God I went with my hospital bag. Baby came out at 4:05pm with the cord tied round her neck twice and her hands. I call her my miracle baby cause imagine if I was induced. God made the whole process like this from day 1 with the hospital for a better reason. Baby weighed 3.8kg. Baby is doing fine and I am recovering very well. Vigilante isn’t easy o especially now that her cord has fallen and her tummy has started disturbing her. It’s well o! Thank you guys for the concern and care, God bless us all and safe delivery to other expectant mothers.

This cord around baby's neck, what usually caused it abeg, does scan sees it and how do DRs detect since sum hospitals don't use d right instrument. My boss too had same issue and was placed on CS. She went for antenatal and d Dr test her and just told her d baby heart beat is too fast and dey had to do CS immediately, seeing d baby, d cord is already on his neck and datz wat cause d rate of d heartbeat. The instrument she said was used was not used in general hospital(dey still use the old method) and she hasn't done a recent scan b4 delivery because she didnt plan for it as at dat tym (reason y I cldnt ask if scan do sees it from her) so plssss senior mamas, make Una help answer dos 3 ques abeg

its not dirty ooo... Dt milk is colostrum full of antibodies for ur LO to drink... Sinc its just linking a lil LO is likely gonna stil gt enof colostrum wen he arrive.

I said so because I clean my breast that week and I con c water so I blv na d dirt dey cum out. The cleaning self, I no dey c dirty as ppl dey always talk am o, na jt sum small black spot I dey c(not upto 10 self if I count ) or does it means my breast no dirty ni.

I always buy fresh soft ugwu leaf that has young leaves growing on its stalk,(the seller told me its good to buy such type if its for drinking)wash it very well with salt and start squeezing the leaves like how u do with bitter leaf,I add just small water ,after squeezing I sieve out the juice and add malt or milk and drink. Some pple blend the leaves or pound it to get the juice out, me I just squeeze my leaf ooo

U use salt to squeeze or just to wash? If it's washing very well with salt, won't all the nutrients be washed together??

Fruit is a no no for me too.. and if I must eat it I make smoothies with it and that's all

About shopping you just have to try nio, before rain will start seriously. Just dedicate one day and maybe go with someone too to help you.
About your pcv you can take ugwu , some people add malt. Or cook it only as soup and eat eat eat.

Mama same with me at my last appointment but mamas here suggested beetroot, ugwu leaf and milk. Av been drinking the ugwu juice since last week av nt checked the pcv sha BT my neighbor says if I do it diligently it will boost it up very fast.so am hoping it works ooo

June mamas, how we dey? Lol I know say e no easy, it seems far small shey? Well to me Sha lol. But not to worry, slowly but surely, we are almost there. 9 months journey is too small compared to the forever we get to spend with our babies, so hang in there, it will soon be over. And be strong. God is our strength.

How's third trimester going?
I hope we are taking our drugs, even if it's not daily
I hope we are already doing our baby shopping? especially the hospital list, please let's try and start now before we become too strong to do it. Now that we still have strength.

I hope we are eating healthy too, I won't even lie, I detest fruits now, but I dey try, maybe once in a week.

What about the TT injection and anti malaria drugs? Shey we are following up? Checking our pcv and blood level? And attending our antenatal .

Please do exercise as much as you can, take a walk in the evening or round your compound, it will make you feel better, and about the heat, shower as much as you can, naked yourself in your house for fresh air


We are almost almost through, we are almost there, be strong comrades. We shall all smile at the end of this journey, by the time we see and hold our babies, all the memory of the 9month wahala will disappear in no time.

The lord will see us through ijn, there shall be no still birth ijn. We shall all be strong this month, no complications for us and for our LO's ijn. And I cover us all with the blood of Jesus.

And finally, let's be prayerful, wake up at night and can't sleep again? Pray. Anoint yourself, annoint your LO's. Say positive things and affirmations to your LO's future and also commit your day of delivery into God's hands. We cannot do anything aside God.

PCV na another thing o, I chop beetroot wella to boost blood but surprise to see my PCV go down to 28% from 30.07(those time I was feeling weak, na PCV cause am o) looking for something else to help in the boosting o

It is my second time here on this platform, my first time was when my wife had a two repeated Miscarriage last year, (One @7weeks and the other one @6weeks) but we thank God she’s 15weeks pregnant now.

Pls mummies I need help with this urgently,

Yesterday she having a little abdominal pain at her left Tommy, the pain will relieve her a bit and start again, she couldn’t sleep last night….We quickly get across to our Gynecologist and she told her to take paracetamol last night, the pain subside and start again in the mid night…..we planned to register for ANC today so we quickly head out very early so as to see doctor and Scan too. Getting to the hospital a paracetamol injection was given to her and the pain subside again. So we went for the Scan as our Gyna & Doctor instruct. The scan shows everything is fine, and the Baby is fine too after the Doc & our Gyna see the results, they said everything is fine that nothing to worry about.. So we went back home & she had a sound sleep, when she wake this evening the pain started again…..Our Gyna said she can take paracetamol but she’s still feeling the pain as am typing now…….Pls mummies What can we do, is there any home remedy aside from medication coz our Doc & Gyna said she can’t take anything else than paracetamol.

Had this same pain but not 11weeks, ct remember the week bt within 5-6months sha. The pain won't go at once, it's gradual. Was gvn paracetamol to be taken 3tyms daily till the pain go too and an injection but my mum advice 3tyms daily is too much as paracetamol shdnt be too much too. The pain didnt go and I went to the hospital again but saw another doctor which gave me Cocoderm to be taken for 3days, was scared to use it at first because it has codine nd I notice it makes me sleep when I used it but afta that 3days of using it, I feel more and more relieved till the pain went.
If she didn't see changes, make she go complain again and not just consuming paracetamol everyday please.

But everything has changed for me
Am 29 weeks and a few days gone when my world was troubled.
On Thursday last week was jejely sleeping when l felt like urinating
Cos l was tired, l decided to wait for some time before standing up, only for me to feel as if l have already urinated on the bed, l immediately put on the light and l was in a pool of blood
To cut long story short got to the clinic and was told l had placenta previa type 4
Bleeding and water has stopped, but was placed on bed rest till 36 weeks
Scheduled for surgery, no VB for me.
Pls pray for me, l was truly mocked, l can't afford to loose this precious boy, l want my mockers to see him face to face

Please complain to them at the clinic, learnt they don't take anyhw drug for catarrh/running nose. I do use hot water alone sha because I hate drugs to the brim, I massage my nose with it and drink attyms. The paracetamol self,
am always careful about it, if they told me 3times a day, I do reduce it to 2times a day.
