What the east needs desperately now is a good tertiary institution. All the eastern universities are below top 10 which is very very bad. when you now take them to the African stage they are below top 50. The top universities in Africa are from south Africa that is why they can produce vaccines, build the biggest apps on the continent. Tertiary institutions are very important because the quality of tertiary institutions in your region is equal to the quality of your region.

How do you define the strength of an economy? My point is that the Russian economy is bigger and this can be measured objectively. Strength of an economy in my view is subjective. For example, is the Nigerian economy stronger than say the Egyptian economy, the South African economy or the Kenyan economy?

I already checked the data base, and they confirmed same thing, cause I remember seeing it somewhere before, it was specifically said that most countries of the world have a larger percentage of women compared to men, and they were specific about China and India just like I read around last year or late 2019, putting the percentage of men at 50.58% or there about and the women at 49.42% (these figures of mine may not be accurate but close).
And then to think how large the population of China and India is you should know that they will have a significant effect anywhere population is talked about and they are added.
