Are u ok? Ikwerres aren't ibos. Get that into ur skull and ask Ikpeazu to help u out. Oyigbo is currently not in developmental plans of Rivers.

It's an unfortunate situation. The newly built open gutter Road in question is Elimgbu Road and the affected estates includes Tony estate, treasure estate etc all situated in Mgbusileari layout of Rumuodara. Residents of these areas are currently crying bitterly.
