I was told to upload several account statements plus aTm cards that were used to process previous transactions which I did except for one I was unable to recover.
Probably pos and besides it wasn't the account used to process the 71k transaction they deemed suspicious.
Please how do I go about recovering those funds?
The customer care have refused to take me serious and it's becoming unbearable.
