I have found my stolen car, alongside the thief. The guy was caught around General Paint (Just after Ajah and Abraham Adesanya) where I believe he had intended to sell it off to those that butcher cars.
I really want to thank and appreciate everyone and this forum for helping me put out word and for the kind gesture I've received from a lot of you.

Believe it, Russian rules of engagement mandates restraint on civilians contrary to what you read on media about 1 or 2 mishaps, thats why they are going slowly, infact the are just waiting for each surrounded city to run out of weapons, which will happen in about 2 weeks. So watch how all those cities will fall like a pack of cards about same time.
