Reacting to the law during a service at the headquarters of the Church, Canaanland, Ota in Ogun State recently, Oyedepo said the law is a sinister, demonic attempt to stifle the church. According to him, the church is one of the greatest assets of this nation today. He argued that the government has no business with the runnings of the church. He stated that the law will never work.Wao, Church is an asset? Little wonder they’ve turned it to a profit making venture. Talking about Government not having anything to do with the church, it is well known that Anglican was one of the major churches that brought Christianity to Nigeria. English Government started Anglican Church after severing it from the Papal control and controlling it through the ArchBishop of Canterbury. If the Government has been funding the church through the state money, Oyedepo will never talk against the government. Oyedepo was banned by the UK Government from entering UK, why can’t he rise against the UK government and accuse them of fighting against the church, since his ban was based on church and financial related matter? |
Olobofife:you aren’t different from the Boko Haram, only that yours is online |

Imagine, she was so actively against her sister from the same Anioma cos of “come-and-chop” kinda political appointment. Well, Okonjo-Iweala has been appointed to lead the world stage while Lauretta Onochie has been rejected for a local appointment (INEC commissioner). No achievement in life surpasses your enemy “famzing” you and struggling to snap picture with you for autograph |

Please o, don’t withhold it o This is what has been sustaining many of us in Nigeria, since the politicians have decided to withhold our commonwealth, spending it outside the country. To those saying why the threat, aren’t they sending the money to their family? If the money is sent to their families, are their families keeping the money? What you don’t know is that the money sent to their families and assets acquisition in Nigeria have surely increased the percentage of cash flows in Nigeria |
Kubernetes:What about arresting and siezing trucks bringing in beer by Hisbah? Any explanation for them also? |
The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Ogun State Chapter, has vowed that it would shut down all tertiary institutions of learning in the state should the government fail to secure the release of two female university students kidnapped on Sunday night.Ogun State NANS dominated by cultists? The same cultists killing and oppressing their colleagues now threatening and sending ultimatum to the government concerning kidnapped students. If the state government calls on them now to give them money, dem go shut up. Bunch of useless elements. Serious people should come out and agitate for the release of a kidnapped girls, not NANS |
“Nigeria will certainly make more significant marks in key areas of human endeavour that aid human progress in science and technology,” he added. We Nigerians, especially southern part, have the potentials to have been making these significant marks in key areas since 1960. Bad governance and leadership have been hindering our abilities and killing our potentials |
For some years now, we’ve been waking up to read sad news in Nigeria. |
