The unity of the US is a voluntary one and very negotiable. There is an active session clause than can be activated by any state upon fulfilment of necessary conditions.
Why was there a convention for Constitution drafting to replace the Article of Confederation in 1777?

So what now happened between 1861 and 1865?

Lastly, can you excerpt from the constitution of the US where you saw that assertions you posted?

This is ur response? Because u are being told d truth of the sorry state of Nigeria and d miserable existence of her citizens? Counter with facts rather than ask him to shut up. Bend ur trunk and do some research for urself rather than wait for people to spoon-feed u.

“From 2012 to 2015, five states consistently exceeded the threshold of 50 per cent of their gross statutory allocations. The states are Kaduna, Lagos, Ogun, Cross River and Osun.”
We were telling them that he-goat, AriGBESEsola, has borrowed beyond limit. Hence, the reason for the drastic reduction in allocation received by the state.
But the Governor kept on dishing lies to the zombie followers that Goodluck Jonathan hated him and Osun State and Jonathan was intentionally withholding the state's fund by reducing the allocation belonging to the state.

2. Idanre Hills: If you are a tourist and planning to visit Ondo State, then you must find time to visit Idanre Hills. What makes Idanre hills so special? With six hundred and sixty-five steps to the peak of the mountain, this site remains one of the wonders of nature and a marvelous tourist destination for all.
Is it true that there are no monkeys in Idanre again?
I heard the only surviving monkey now rides Mercedes.

Nnamdi Kanu doesn't wanna be linked, the reason why he has gone to hide.

oga go buy sense
If you understood what the meaning of sense is, you wouldn't mention it.

I was referring to the 1861-65 civil war in US.

oops! you are too primitive to understand that!

Abraham Lincoln also claimed that the unity of the US was nonnegotiable, today, US still remains one and has acquired many states, extending to the Pacific Ocean.

Ho Chi Minh claimed that the unity of Vietnam was not negotiable, almighty US couldn't split it. North and South Vietnam are still coexisting, without any 17th parallel separation, under one nation with her fellow Indochinese (Cambodia and Laos)

Fransisco Franco made sure the unity of Spain was not negotiable, Spain is still existing as a country in the Iberian peninsula as a country with her neighbors Portugal and British dependency of Gibraltar. No Basque or Catalonia sovereignties.

kettykin:
When the Government officials were going about with the spurios claims that Nigeria's unity is not Negtiable ,did they claim that they can only Negotiate the unity with a sovereign country ?

The same country some few months ago sent military troops to go and force a sitting president of Gambia Jammeh out of office in Gambia but could not muster even a detachment of civil defence to safeguard the lives of Cross River indigenes murdered by cameroon soldiers
You still need much orientation on Diplomacy and sovereignty of a nation!

Nigeria sent troops to the Gambia to oust Jammah Yahya, under the ECOWAS military intervention in the Gambia.

Nigeria could not send any military troop to Bakassi cos it doesn't belong to Nigeria and Nigeria must respect the sovereignty of Cameroun.

The honorable things Nigeria could do are;
to withdraw her citizens from Bakassi
or
Negotiate the dwelling of the Nigerian citizens in Bakassi Peninsula peacefully which doesn't belong to Nigerian territory.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Exits From 90 International Bodies by Tolexander:
Nice move

Name mentioned or not, the utmost reason is to cut the expenditure into these organizations which is still reasonable.
