There were complications, two party members were fighting over the outcome of the election. Congratulating anyone will make it look as if he's taking sides. Untill APC sort the issue out, that was the ideal thing for him to do.

Same cannot be said of Bayelsa State.

What issue is APC sorting out?

Withdrawing Yahya Bello or Presenting Faleke after the final decision has been made.

This issue is no more with the party but tribunal as far as the Kogi gubernatorial election is concerned. Of course, the party 's final decision was made before the final election presenting Yahya Bello.

The fact is that PMB didn't congratulate his party after the victory!

One of the high point of the last general election was Jonathan calling Buhari to concede defeat and congratulate him.

Though not compulsory, congratulating your opponent after an election breeds the spirit of sportmanship and brings peace.

This is what PDP never fails to do as a party even when they are not contented with the conduct of the election.

So the Bayelsa election, being the first conclusive election that PDP won after APC to took over at the federal level, why haven't APC and Buhari congratulate the winner.

When APC won in Kogi State last year, did President Buhari call to congratulate the winner?

In July, 2012, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in less than one hour that election result in Edo state was declared by INEC, congratulated Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State on his re-election for another term in office, against his party, the PDP.
Dr Jonathan did the same for the APGA candidate in Anambra, Osun state (APC) who all defeated PDP candidates.

How much is needed to pay level 1-7 salary scale, how many workers are in that categories? As far as Osun State workforce is concerned, level 8-15 make up the majority and largest percentage of the state salary. What credit does the Governor who can only pay half salary to the majority of the workforce since last year June or whatever?

Talking about siezed allocation propaganda, who siezed the allocation, why was Osun's allocation among all the states of the federation siezed?
When GMB came on board, what was his response on the siezed allocation?
PDP at the Federal level was victimizing Osun State, seizing the allocation, APC now occupies the Central, why was the seized allocation not refunded or Osun State litigating against the FG on the seized allocation?

Under PDP, Osun State was generating a monthly IGR of 300million Naira, Aregbesola can on board and taxed everything taxable, forced the untaxable, taxable. Osun State started generating a monthly IGR of over 1.6billion Naira. What excuse has Aregbesola?
Yet Osun State is still drown in debt!

80% of the projects completed, where are the Opon Imo Orans? What about the numerous roads not completed, the fly overs, the schools under construction, the airport etc?

The same Governor that withdraws 200million Naira monthly of the security vote from the Accountant General of the state leaving no signature. What a sane Governor does that if not a thief? Don't ask me how I get to know that!
