I’ve gotten my brp. “Application was successful” and the decision was made on the 31st of August but I haven’t gotten any mail from TLS.

How long do you think it will take to get the mail. Tracker is still on Received by DMC

I have gotten a BRP mail since Thursday but I am yet to receive a collection mail from TLS. And my tracker is still stuck at received by DMC.

They did not send a pickup mail. Decision was made on the 31st of August
