Simple thing. These are Buhari's replacement for the ones he arrested. Whether found guilty or otherwise (which won't happen), the embattled Judges would go.

Two supreme court justices are retiring in October and November from north central and northeast....Buhari has only replaced them from the same zones according to federal principles as recommended and forwarded by the National Judicial Council..
