Mine is showing cleared so maybe in two days, my clearance will start
If you own is showing "cleared" then which your clearance is starting in two days?.

You should simply proceed to upload all the requirements to get your clearance and pay other fees

Hello guys, I recently just started developing interest in T-bills.
Please I have some questions to ask, and I know it must have been discussed here earlier but it's really not easy doing a back read.
1. What's the difference between primary/secondly markets, and which is better
2. Best bank to use and does the rate differ for different banks?
Have some money which has not been in use resting in my account, which I'll like to invest .
Yes, ALL your questions have been answered SEVERALLY here.

Your best bet is to do the "back read" you're trying to avoid by picking about 10 pages daily to read and by the time you get to between 250 & 300 pages, I bet you, that you MAY not ask ANY further questions again as it would have provided answers to ALL other potential questions. Else, you will keep asking questions for a long time and may not readily get answers because some of us are already getting tired of having to repeat answers.

Pls don't wait to be spoon fed as some of the food may fall off in the process.

Since you "have just started developing interest in TB" there's no need to be in hurry. You can read EngrIKEM''s post above and my response at 05:01 today as a lesson.

Pls don't learn the hard way.

My 10kobo advice!!!

Please nairaland help me i did tp last 3months and it was @13.000 for 91days today i saw my money created with three thousand something as my profit i then went to bank i was told dt the 13.000 is per annual, and within me i think something is wrong please ur advice is needed
cheesy grin cheesy cheesy grin
NOTHING IS WRONG!!!
That's what happens when someone jumps into a river without knowing it's depth.

When we advise newbies to read previous threads and know what they want to go into, we get insulted and we are called names.

A lot of people like to be spoon fed instead of learning how to eat. So the resultant effect is what happened.

If 13% is for just 91days, then who will work again or who will be stupid to opt for 15.6% for 364days?

AAU has started clearing freshers through kofa account as below.
But they're asking for both Birth Certificate & Evidence of Name.

Also, they're asking for Certificate & Result Slip.

Does anyone know the differencestatus or what they are actually asking for?

Yes it's not late yet cause it affects ALL. but those of us interested in the university hostel need to be fast at paying so as to be able to get one, and good one for that matter. If not, I won't be bothered at all

Then we can't do the court affidavit now as we need to write our Matriculation numbers there as it's written in the sample format.

Well, we'll continue to wait till kofa gives us clearance to be able to proceed further.

Hope you're all having a very beautiful Sunday?

Help out!.
I haven't paid mine yet i was at a c.cafe, and the guy said that i have to wait till my kofa shows cleared.
My friend, go and read my post at 12:45pm on 10th November 2017. I have explained how to do it there.

Is it what you are told at the cafe that you should take or what the university has asked you to do?

I have not been seeing you on this thread so I join you with those we call "Ghosts" and anytime you come, you should endeavour to read ALL the posts you have missed.

If you have a smart phone that can use Chrome as your browser, you don't need to go to any cafe to pay the acceptance fee. I paid mine through my phone and many others too have done so.

The guy at the cafe does not know what he is supposed to do except you guide him and except if he has been doing it for others before yours and if you don't know what to do, how do you guide him to do it for you?

If you can't do it on your phone and you live close to Ekpoma, then the cafes there can do it for you cause they've been doing it for others.

So it's only after paying your acceptance fee that you need to wait for your kofa to read "cleared" before you can proceed to pay other fees.

Pa Emma, this is what the investor wrote: "On the terms and condition for the proof of investment I got it says( Termination of investment before maturity attracts 25% flat penalty on interest earned ) "
It is stated that the penalty will be on the interest earned which in the case of premature termination, cannot be the same as interest accruable on the full investment.
However, I do not mean to raise an opinion contrary to yours for while I yet toddled, you were already an investor. I salute sir.
Did he not earn the N68,000 interest before deciding after 6 days to terminate ithuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuh?
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by TONY56: 4:09am On Nov 11, 2017
emmanuelewumi:
The 25% penal charge is for the interest ad found in your proof of investment letter. If you are expecting an interest of 40000 for a 182 day investment.

If you terminate after 91 days, you will first of all lose 10k, then the interest will be prorated for 91 days which is 20k.

The investor will end up losing over 30k for premature termination of his investment.
Thanks and God bless you for the explanations.
He should have gone back to read the agreement the customer had with Union Bank to fully understand what you have explained to him.

In my view, he merely expressed how he would have loved the bank to apply the 25% deduction and not what the agreement states grin grin grin

Follow the steps to where you will be required to pick your mode of payment and you will see the different types of ATM cards that can be used.

You can use your phone provided it's not a "Palasa" type but ensure your browser is Chrome and select Desktop view as I have already explained to Kerned earlier today

Go to aau.wakeup.

You are advised to use Chrome if you are using your smartphone and change to "Request desktop site" by clicking the 3 BLACK dots on extreme top right of your browser.

Then Click the 3 white lines on top right.
Login your new username & password then click "Login" in blue box and your Base data will be displayed.
Then go to 3 white lines on top right again & click it.
Then Click my "data".
After that, click on "Add current session payment ticket".

From there you should be able to do the rest by picking the type of ATM you want to use for the payment and supplying your ATM details for you to be able to make the payments.
Good luck.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
The Ghosts have started coming out. Very soon, this place will be turned into market place and the scammed too will be here if not here already to do "business "

So we should all be very careful about doing any business with people we don't really know. Stop doing ANYTHING through agents.

Do it yourself or get duped. Also, if you have not been offered admission, pls know that fraudsters have already been defrauding people claiming that they are this or that in the university, and that they can help you do it-its a lie o.
They often ask you to send money to them to do it for you.

If you have done change of institution to AAU and you have not been able to apply for Post utme, just be patient cause AAU has not uploaded your name yet. It will be done soon and do not send money to anyone to help you do it except you just want to do "Sara" "Sadaka" or alms giving.
