My husband loves me, what he does, how he is and how he talks shows me that he loves me.   I can see it in his eyes when says my name, I can feel it in his touch when he reaches for me, i can taste it on his lips when he kisses me.  What is so wrong with being so in love with your spouse that you would do anything to bring their happiness.  It is a two street.  He respects and adores me, he dotes on me.  He respects me and my opinions.

Judge me all you want, say he will leave and I tell you what if he does, if all this is pretend for him then it is what it is and there is nothing I can do about that because it has already been written but I will not live my life in fear of the unknown.  I will do my job as his wife and stand by his side.  My man is a wonderful father, husband, provider, lover and friend.  What we share is so much more specail than any other relationship I have ever had.

i will cater to him until the last breath out of my body is taken.  He always puts my needs first and I do the same.  He treats me like i treat him and we both know our place in our marriage.

Everything is not for everybody.  What works for me and my husband will not work for the next one.  I would not trade that man for nothing.  And i think God everyday that he brought him, no matter the circumstances, into my life.

my opinion matters but the final decison rests on his shoulders as the head of the house and what he says goes.  There can not be two heads, one person has to be responsible for those things, at least that is how i was raised and how i function now.  When the shit hits the fan he has to fix it too, so with that power comes responsibility and a real man wont buck under that presure but will welcome it.

I would never ever expect my husband to serve vistors that come into our home, i would feel embarrassed and would for sure chop off his head in private if he ever stepped into my terrorty to do that.

I would never feel comfortable with my husband serving me a plate of food, unless i was sick.

Does that make me a slave, I don't think so, i just know my place in my marriage and my worth in his heart.

This is a misnomer that really bothers me.

for me it works like this, I work, your ass should work too.

I want to build something WITH my mate not build something FOR my mate.  I want you to come to the table with something to offer.  So if that makes me money hungry because I ask what kind of job do you have, do you have good credit, do you own your own home, what are your 1 year, 5 year, 15 year and 20 year goals, how much money do you earn in yearly salary; then i guess i am money hungry.

But on the flip side of that i have A1 credit, own my own home, have a really great salary, have 1yr,5yr,15yr,20yr goals and I just want someone to share that with to build with that on.  We can go so much further, so much faster if both of us are working toward a common goal.
