I think what Nigeria should do is to establish a NATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMMISSION AND INNOVATION CENTRE, the commission will encourage youths who av good ideas to submit proposals, call them to defend it and on their merit give them what they need to startup or the necessary assistance. With this lots of Nigerians will buy into such opportunity and they won't go into crime But the moment their efforts are not being encourage the next thing they think about is crime.
