The words showed that the number of registered voters were uploaded on February 20..it wasn't the result that was done at the said date. Just my opinion though.

For every 1billion old note CBN gets, it releases N100million new notes. You cannot hold on to your old notes and be expecting new notes. So far one trillion old note is yet to be returned. Who are behind this?
