he last time I went for ANC and my BP was 154/99, the doctor gave me nefedipine and ketha to lower the bp. I just checked my bp this morning and it's 121/89(not up to 2weeks). So I think the best is to ask your doctor questions so he/she will clarify why you need to take a particular drug.
To lower bp more:
*Rest very well
*Reduce your sodium intake
*Take enough fruits (especially apple) and veggies
*Drink plenty water
*Do exercise (atleast walking everyday)
*And lastly, pray about it....

Mamma's in the house please what can I do to my Bp that keeps going up. I was given lexotan last week but the Bp still went up today so another drug Aldomet was added to the lexotan.
Is there a way I can lower my Bp naturally.
My Edd is in a week but I still go to the office, I don't know if, going to work at this time is part of the reason for the hbp

Cappo, I'm good. Even with the ease of lockdown, hubby doesn't want me to go to the hospital o. I haven't taken my second TT injection. Kinda worried. It is well with us. God will see us through.

..blend the mixture of 1beetroot ,2carrot s,half lemon,and 1apple and ensure she takes a cup everyday...this will normalise the bp..she should also get a bp machine to monitor ...she can gradually stop d drug with doctors order..also buy orogbo and garlic...she should chew everyday....the beetroot helped me also..

In her last pregnancy 2years ago her Bp went up so she had to be induced to give birth before 9 months. The problem is that since then till now she has been drugs for high blood pressure.. It's 2years now and the bp hasn't normalize.. What can she do

Some vomit till delivery. Just be sure to take enough fluid. If possible check if there are certain foods that trigger the vomiting. Reducing the amount you eat at a time may be helpful too. As for heartburn, it’s part of the package. Talk to your doc for sth that can relief it. A glass of milk may help or mist mag

Hope baby is kicking well.
Please is it normal to be vomiting � at. 22weeks. Every night is vomiting Episode for me for a week now.. no headache no fever but at night i cant keep food down and i have heart burn even if I don't eat food or anything spicy at night.
