Ghanaian Actress, Moesha Boduong has fired at Ghanaians for criticising her recent interview with American media giant, Cable News Network (CNN).
The actress, in an interview with Christiane Amanpour on “Sex & Love Around the World” show, claimed that she funds her ‘ostentatious’ lifestyle through sleeping with Rich Married Men since the acting jobs are not really paying.
She further blamed some of her lifestyle choices on the Poor Ghanaian economy.
She claimed the economy isn’t doing well to support 'hard work', therefore, the need to do other ‘businesses’ aside.
Her gaffe caused social media outrage, with many chastising her for generalizing her view on the international media outlet.
But, it seems she has a better response to all the critics who have not allowed her rest since her interview went viral on social media.
Responding to critics on a video that urges women to work hard to support their husbands shared on ToriBaze Media Instagram page, she said ‘it seems Ghanaians didn’t understand her interview.’
A fan tagged her under the video asking her to heed the advice and her response was:
“It seems you people did not understand my interview”.

Nigerian comedian, Funnybone, who recently met Nigerian celebrity author and feminism advocate, Chimamanda Adichie, has disclosed that he now has a better understanding of the campaign which the author has faced lots of backlash for.

According to Funnybone, Chimamanda also clarified him on her interaction with U.S Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton which generated lots of controversy. More controversies are emerging over the recent special romance between popular singer Davido and his girlfriend Chioma. According to a lady on Instagram, her parents have disowned her just for dropping out of school for love.

There is simply no virtue in staying with a man who openly disrespects you over a period of years. None. And buying you the moon and stars will not make up for him treating you like human fecal matter. Money cannot buy moral worth. Rather money distorts moral worth. And that’s what is happening these days.
Permit me to digress a bit whilst I elucidate on point of ethics.
Humans are created with a deep sense of moral worth. This simply means that every human being loves to be treated like a rare and precious stone. It’s just the way our Maker made us. The desire to be loved, admired, desired, respected, treated fairly and kindly is part of our teleology. So when anybody willingly and voluntarily subjects himself or herself to vile and inhumane treatments for other considerations it basically reduces that person to an object rather than a subject. The person has objectified himself or herself.
Believe it or not, what we are witnessing today is one of the unintended fallouts of the extreme faction of feminism: The Moral Self-Depreciation of Womenfolk. After all, the cardinal philosophy of modern feminism is CHOICE and SELF AUTONOMY. So who are we to question a woman who CHOOSES to stay in an abusive but profitable relationship? If she has a right to choose who stays in her body and a right to choose her role in a marriage, why not this?
I once wrote a piece on the tyranny of freewill (choice). Generally, humans don’t have the tool box necessary to make good choices. A man’s choice will only be consistent with his true nature. And man is deeply flawed by nature, hence his choices must necessarily be flawed. A greedy man will always choose money above morals, yet he needs morals more. A dog by nature must bark and a cat moanKnowing this, it is therefore suicidal to build an ideology on human choices and self autonomy. Nobody (man or woman) should be self autonomous. In reality, nobody is. Everyone needs a governing and regulatory authority that sets boundaries; both moral and spatial boundaries. This is necessary for the survival of humanity because our natural appetite is self destructive. We need to be delivered from ourselves.
Feminism is toxic not because of its intended consequences but because of its unintended ones, and we are already seeing them play out. If consistency matters, no hardline feminist should be able to condemn any woman who chooses abuse and disrespect over self dignity. IT IS HER CHOICE!
We should not teach our daughters that CHOICE is the best power they have. Knowledge is. With knowledge they’d understand that they don’t just make choices but that their choices make them.
The young lady’s choice makes her a disgrace.

It is unclear if Moesha is showing off her ring in the photos she posted – perhaps, a move to silence critics who think she wouldn’t be off the market due to her lifestyle.
The caption of the photo indicates that she has returned to Ghana after she said she was scared Ghanaians would abuse her for her interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour.
When Moesha posted the photos taken by “FotokonceptGh” with the caption “Happy new month. I miss you all”, some fans condemned her while others who miss her eulogised her.

Renowned Ghanaian gospel musician Ernest Opoku has finally reacted to claims by actress Nayas that he asked her to abort their three-month-old pregnancy.

The musician in a recent interview made it clear that he is a human being but not an angel so mistakes are bound to happen and what the actress has said publicly in the past days are part of errors he has committed in the past.

He further asked the public including all Christians to pray for him to endure future temptations. According to him, the fact that he has made a mistake does not mean the Lord has forsaken him.

Ernest further advised the public to beware of the devil because it destroys human beings through women and other objects.
When asked about claims that he is married and have about 16 kids, the ‘Meyi Me Nyame Aye’ hitmaker denied the accusations. He further entreated the public not to believe rumours that he has a secret wife and 16 children. He made it clear that he has only two children.

The Lagos State Government on Wednesday said all is set for the prosecution of a Danish national, Peter Nielsen for the murder of his Nigerian wife, Zainab, and three-year-old daughter, Petra, in Banana Island area of Ikoyi on April 5, 2018.

The State Government, in a statement by the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Adeniji Kazeem, said forensic investigation into the matter revealed overwhelming and compelling evidence to the effect that the suspect killed his wife and daughter.
The Attorney General said a prema facie case (evidence) of murder had already been established against the suspect contrary to Section 223 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015, adding that he would be prosecuted at the High Court of Lagos State for the crime.
“The Office of Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice on the 19th of April, 2018 issued Legal Advice to the effect that a prima facie case of murder Contrary to Section 223 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 has been established against the suspect, Peter Nielsen (M) – a Danish National. The suspect is therefore to stand trial; before the High Court of Lagos State for the murder of his Nigerian wife and 3 year old daughter.
“There is overwhelming and compelling evidence both forensic and direct eye witness account showing without doubt that the victims were killed by the suspect. There is also evidence that there was a history of domestic violence against the victim by the suspect,” Kazeem said.
Giving background of the case, the Attorney General recalled that after news of the alleged murder broke, the police swung into action and conducted an indepth investigation, while the case file was forwarded to the Ministry of Justice for legal advice.
“On the 5th /6th April, 2018, the people of Lagos State woke up to the news that a mother and daughter – Zainab Nielsen and Petra Nielsen were allegedly murdered in their residence at Banana Island, Lagos.
“The matter was reported at the nearest Police State and the Nigeria Police immediately began an indepth investigation into the case. On the 10th of April, 2018 the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, the Nigeria Police Force ‘D’ Department (CID) Panti, Yaba forwarded the duplicate case file of their investigations to the Lagos State Ministry of Justice for legal advice,” he said.
Besides, Kazeem said the trial of Nielsen would commence at the High Court as soon as the case is assigned to trial.

Big Brother Naija finalist,Tobi, may, at the moment, be at a crossroad and totally confused about his love life. His alleged girlfriend Regina, who is currently under pressure, has come  to say she is too powerful to be in anyone’s shadow.
