And the problem is whatsapp keep loosing recent chats as error messages like "Android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly" start coming up simultaneously to the point that the phone becomes 'unoperatable'

How I solved it: I haven't really solved it because I still lost my chat history this morning again and my ringtone also returned to default...

The temporary solution is that I cleared 'cache' for 'media' under 'app'

I need to point out that this problem is a 'user error', I must have affected the core app or something with my techy usage of the phone...

hmm well first of all, eat plenty fruits and vegetables, be 100% hygienic, put on clean cloths, always go out with two to three hankerchiefs,, and dnt use an hanki twice.. as 4 me, i buy two hankerchiefs everyday when i am out, when one is sulk with sweat, i throw it away and change to the other...
