Openbusiness: Southwest Governors are still jonsing themselves but with one solid move, Zoohari and his cabal effectively has crippled their ambition for presidency in 2023. I believe it was intentional that they kept the border window open long enough for the virus to enter the Southwest, knowing fully well that Lagos is the major gateway to this country. And from Lagos the thing will penetrate the south but thank God governors in the SE and SS were quick to shut their doors. Only a quick cure from America can save the Southwest now. Because there's no way the region can mobilize it's resources and manpower to fight Covid-19 and fight for presidency at the same time. Buhari played a fast one on them. One month already and see how much billions in critical revenue Lagos has lost because of the Coronavirus. And that commissioner and health minister were just giving Governor Sanwo fake hope that they were prepared and can handle it. 1000 patients same people that were boasting the virus is nothing, they are prepared, they can handle it, yen yen yen, they are already crying they are struggling for bed space. Thank God Lagos Governor is waking up now. May God give you the wisdom and grace to navigate Lagos from this problem but next time just knkow that the North FG is not your friend. Dem b enemies in disguise.
Igbos in Lagos have died due to Corona virus. You want me to mention names ?
Pls, for the sake of your wife and your children, stay where you are. You can call more often, send more money or what ever, but until you are certain of your status don't visit.
Thanks a lot. But I'm a bit concerned because she came over during the weekend and I was already feeling feverish that time.
Family is the most important, but safety should come first. You are partially ill, and you don't need to stress yourself further. Take your medication until you are strong.
There is one thing your wife and children love so much: you!
I also think you are over thinking, you might have got the wrong concept of him[the second guy] sneezing, thereby having the impression he has contracted Covid-19.
You can also do the following: Take your medications, use hand sanitiser, wash your hands after mistakenly shaking someone, drink mush water so as to flush any virus on your throat, and stay 1.5 metres when someone talks to you.
If you are really determined to see them, you can also explain to them over the phone of your situations. Entering a bus in Lagos while this plague is still one can be very risky...... Ever wonder why markets were shut down yesterday?
Stay safe, remain healthy; and be very careful while at work.
Good morning friends, please I need your advise. I plan to travel to see my wife today but I'm a bit sceptical about it. I'm based in Lagos and I travel home every weekend to see her. Although we were together last weekend. We've been married for 6 years now.
I've been feeling a bit unwell since last week Thursday, although not a serious one. I've been on Typhoid medication since Tuesday but I'm somehow scared.
This is how the fear started. Early this week, I and my two colleagues followed my boss to work, on getting to work, I discovered that one of my colleagues that we came together in my boss car started sneezing (not a terrible one) and the other one too was coughing. Anyway, they've both treated themselves and they've resumed back to work. The guy that sneezed attributed it to the exposure of his body to cold. The issue now is I'm still feeling a bit unwell, just a normal temperature of 36.8, I'm not coughing neither I'm I sneezing, (although i coughed like 2 to 3 times overnight). I don't have sorethroat too. But I'm a bit tired with a slight headache and I'm still using my Typhoid medicine. So I just don't know what to do. If I should travel or not because she's already waiting for me. Please I need your blunt and medical advise, because I've started having some wide imaginations and also my mind is trying to make me sense of feel I have a sore throat. Please advise me.
kiyosaki1: Medicine after death ,while we have been crying all along for government to enforced supervised quarantine of visitors from the affected sanwo is still talking of self isolation. Joke of a government.
Is it Sanwo-Olu that should be blamed for that ? Is MMIA a state govt property ?

The supreme court has fixed Tuesday for hearing of the application filed by Emeka Ihedioha, a former governor of Imo state, and David Lyon, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Bayelsa state.
Festus Akande, spokesman of the supreme court, confirmed this to TheCable when he was contacted on Saturday.
“Yes it is true. The appeal of Baysela will also be held that day (Tuesday),” he said over the phone.
Ihedioha had asked the apex court to review the judgement which led to his removal as governor of Imo while Lyon also demanded the apex court to re-examine his replacement as governor-elect 24 hours to inauguration.
Douye Diri, Lyon’s PDP rival, has since been sworn in as governor of Bayelsa.
In January, the apex court declared Hope Uzodinma, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the duly elected governor of the state on the grounds that results from 388 polling units were excluded when the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced the final tally in March 2019.
The court upheld the prayers of the APC candidate and affirmed him as the duly elected governor.
In the case of Baysela, Lyon was sacked by the apex court on the grounds that Biobarakuma Degi-Eriemienyo, his running mate, presented forged certificate.
ezegold4we: Is Tanko a judge, someone that didn't pass through the NBA,
It's like claiming to be a Bsc holder without passing Waec and Jamb,
The worst thing that happened to the judiciary is having an outdated Fulani illiterate at the helm of affairs, that Man is worst than HIV virus, ebola and corona virus.
Who told you he didn't pass through the NBA. Go read his CV before acting stupidily
idahme: The worst part of the judgment was that victory was given to hope who was never a flag bearer of any party. It will interest you to know that okoracha's son in-law Uche Nwosu was the flag bearer of both APC and AA that was why his pettision was thrown out because he does not have any locus standing to bring a suit in court so says Supreme Court December 2019. Even if an election is ordered APC and AA will not participate.
