bro, its sad to see how many NLers are quick to say that the lady dont owe anybody any hello... while it is clear that, when she was given that contract, she was welcomed into a "family" that she should treat with care and respect. a hello back would be the minimum here.

if that lady worked for me, i would have sacked her too... if an employee is so bitter at the workplace that she cant even be polite/civil and say a common "hello", then she has no business being there. i wouldnt expect her to give hugs to everybody, but being polite is the minimum and goes a long way. negative people (such as this lady) create a bad vibe at a workplace.
