You cannot simply buy and sell same stock on the same trading day more than twice within 5 trading days. For example: if you buy say AAPL today, you can not sell it today and buy it again today.

You can do this type of buy & sell transaction only twice within 5 trading days.

The second paragraph was info I saw online explaining GFV. The way I understand it (I could be wrong) is that if there is enough cash in the trading account, then a GFV should not come up in the first place.

I understand the restriction part but not sure why a GFV violation should result in a ban since it's all about settlement of the funds.

A good faith violation occurs when you buy a security and sell it before paying for the initial purchase in full with settled funds. Only cash or the sales proceeds of fully paid for securities qualify as "settled funds."

1.Linking sim to NIN in essence makes your SIM a new ID card so to speak...meaning it would be difficult to sell your SIM to anyone...including potential kidnappers....because it would be tantamount to selling your ID.

2.Assuming a kidnapper kidnaps someone to use his SIM to make extorition calls for another kidnap victim...that adds more stress, and draws more attention to the kidnapper.

How does this make sense?
Secondly, even with the sim and BVN registration that was done, how exactly has government used this information to make a difference? If anything, insecurity is even worse. We can do a million and one registrations and linking, without the will to make a change, it's simply self deception.

There is a big difference between introverts and people who hv mental disorder, the problem with this thread is that , they make introversion look like a mental illness, everything goes. Many people here r not really introverts but people who need therapy but because Nigeria is very backward, they need to live with their situation. Introverts talk to people , introvert hv talents (yes many can’t talk in crowded places just like myself ) but they hv friends , introvertion does means u r more intelligent or wiser than extroverts. They are cute and calm. Less noise. Introverts chose to be alone , not that they can’t go wide , they just don’t wanna. As someone born abroad and whose formative years were in Nigeria, I would advice Nigerians to let their children grow up in Nigeria. Characters formed in Nigeria are unbeatable. Beyond the ages of 12 it is safe to send them abroad to school if you wish. If I could influence the black world, I would have them send their children to their nations of “genetic” origin during the formative years. I would have African Americans send their children to grow up in Nigeria or other African nations or the Caribbean, between the ages of I to 13 year old. After this, return them to America, Europe or wherever in the world you choose. It is absolutely vital that you let your black child form their character in Africa before moving them abroad if you wish. In Africa, Nigeria is the best place.
