He used 2 b 'god' but not anymore. He's faded now, way past his prime. Arsenal players get better with time not worse.
Borjan Dos Santos will take his place in the Barca squad. Wanna bet?
SportsWho's The World's Best Football Coach? by touche(op): 4:38pm On Sep 29, 2007
He signs young, undiscovered tallent.

He grooms them to become world-class players.

He has built (arguably) the world's best (and youngest) club starting 11 and has one of the most attractive reserve benches.

Accomplished so much with limited financial resources.

Cult-like fan-base of his club.

World's most entertaining style of football.

Coach of the second most profitable club in europe.

The one and only Arsene Wenger.

Who do you think is the best football coach?

Wenger is no 'slowpoke'. He's the finest coach in the world. Wenger is a football talent finder and developer. Mourinho is a major talent killer.

CelebritiesJack Bauer Of '24' Arrested by touche(op): 3:49pm On Sep 29, 2007

LOS ANGELES - Kiefer Sutherland, already on probation for a 2004 drunken driving arrest, was charged Friday with misdemeanor driving under the influence in a case the city attorney's office said could put him in jail for more than a year.

The star of the Fox TV drama "24" was charged with single counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above, said city attorney spokesman Nick Velasquez. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of a year in jail and a minimum of four days, Velasquez said.

"We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation," Velasquez added.

If found guilty of violating probation, Sutherland could be sentenced to an additional six months.

Sutherland publicist Evelyn Karamanos didn't immediately return a call for comment.

The 40-year-old actor, who was arrested Tuesday, remains free on $25,000 bail. He was scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 16.

Because he's been charged with a misdemeanor, Sutherland won't have appear in court for his arraignment unless the judge specifically orders him to be there, Velasquez said.

Police have said they stopped Sutherland shortly after 1 a.m. when they saw him make an illegal U-turn. He was arrested after failing a field sobriety test.

Authorities haven't disclosed his blood-alcohol level except to say it was .08 or above, exceeding California's legal limit.

Sutherland was pulled over shortly after leaving a Hollywood industry party at the trendy Area nightclub.

He was also arrested for DUI in 2004, and in November of that year he pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count. He was sentenced to five years' probation, 50 hours of community service and was ordered to attend an alcohol treatment program.

City officials have said he completed the community service and treatment program but was still on probation.

He also has a 1993 conviction for alcohol-related reckless driving, according to the city attorney's office.

Sutherland won a best actor Emmy last year for his performance as dashing federal counter-terrorist agent Jack Bauer on "24."

Music/RadioHiphop Is Dead! by touche(op): 9:37pm On Sep 28, 2007
I'm always workin on my laptop. Can't work without music so i listen to 'hiphop' on yahoo messenger radio. 90% of the airplay is from south side emcees. It's so diisgusting!!!

These emcees are so uninsipred, its actually amusing. They got funny names like 'hurricane chris', 'young huey', and utterly meaningless songs like 'a bay bay', 'pop lock n drop it'.

They call these songs 'club bangers'. I call them 'pop', a lame excuse for a hip hip song. Entertainment is a major source of development for blacks and should not be allowed to rot away. What happened to all time classics tracks that you can listen to and get inspired by lyrics and creativity? Where are the biggies and the tupacs of the next generation? Even Akon's going 'pop'. 50 cents cant sell as much as he used to because he went 'pop'.

With artistes like Kanye West, Common, Lupe Fiasco and Tuface still on the scene I guess there's 'light at the end of the tunnel' for hip hop.
HipHop is not dead.

SportsRonaldinho To Earn £223,000 A Week ! by touche(op): 12:24am On Sep 25, 2007
RONALDINHO has agreed a whopping £58million Chelsea contract — if he decides to join.
The superstar is looking to leave Barcelona and his agent has accepted a five-year deal worth £11.6m a year.

But Ron could still snub Roman Abramovich and choose to go elsewhere. If Chelsea agree a fee with Barcelona, the Brazil World-Cup winner could be unveiled at the end of the season.

Ron, 27, would be the highest-paid player ever on a massive £223,000 a week — £88k a week more than Blues skipper John Terry.

Chelsea will NOT have to pay Ronaldinho’s £85m get-out clause after his row with Barca — but they would still have to cough up a world-record £70m.

Ron’s current contract has three years to run and is worth around £135,000 a week. AC Milan are also interested but will not be able to match the Blues’ offer.

SportsFabregas: "We Were Scared Of Henry" by touche(op): 12:04am On Sep 25, 2007
CESC FABREGAS says Arsenal kids were "intimidated" by ex skipper Thierry Henry

He said: "Henry intimidated us. He is a great player but it was not easy to play alongside him.

"We were a bit inhibited - dependent on everything that he wanted to do.

"Everyone was saying that this year without Henry we would be nowhere. That has motivated everyone."

Fabregas also hinted that he may see out his career at the Emirates.

Asked if he could see himself at Arsenal in a decade, the Spaniard said: "Right now, yes.

"I love everything about English football. The pace of the game, the attacking style. I feel like a kid playing in the street."

Etteh will probably get the job done as a professional "hair dresser'.

The Number Four position in our beloved nation is very important and should be occupied by a more competent individual. The part of the constitution that allows non-graduates to contest for political office should be scrapped with immediate effect. Nigeria needs to move foward. We need Pat Utomi's not Pat Etteh's.

Its pathetic, the speaker of the house of reps (No 4 position in government) is just an undergraduate at 54. Wonder how competent she is to handle such responsibility or is she just another lame duck political appointee. Time will judge.

SportsPlayers In Revolt At Chelsea by touche(op): 7:52pm On Sep 22, 2007
The Sun this morning claims that the players are furious about the events of this week and with the club's decision to name Grant as their new boss.

The newspaper alleges that a "furious row broke out at the team meeting after training yesterday," and that "angry words were exchanged between big-name players as they argued about Grant taking over from Jose Mourinho."

As has already been reported , Didier Drogba, Florent Malouda and Ricardo Carvalho are particularly upset that Mourinho has left. So too, it seems, is defender Ashley Cole.

According to The Sun, afterr training yesterday at the club's Cobham HQ, Chelsea's first team squad had their first group discussion with new manager Grant since Mourinho left the club in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Grant and assistant manager Steve Clarke apparently talked about how to approach Sunday's crucial Premier League clash at Old Trafford against champions Manchester United.

However, that session lasted less than 30 minutes, after which captain John Terry called the players to a private meeting without Grant and Clarke present.

And apparently it was at this meeting that tempers boiled over and several players vented their anger at Mourinho’s departure, The Sun claiming that, "Arguments continued over the course of a stormy 50-minute meeting."

SportsAdriano: My Personal Problems Are Behind Me Now by touche(op): 7:05pm On Sep 22, 2007
The Brazilian striker has suffered from depression and alcoholism ever since his father passed away and his form on the football field for the past 18 months has been miserable also.

The 25-year-old, once regarded as one of the best players in the world, has been a pale shadow of his former self and barely played for Inter during their Scudetto-winning campaign last season.

This season, things started equally badly and Adriano was left off the Nerazzurri’s Champion League squad list, thus rendering him ineligible for the group stages of the competition.

“I lost a year of my life and after the death of my father I had to drink because I could not sleep. However now my problems are over, my son is giving me great delight and I am returning to be the Emperor,” Adriano said.

“Now my mother and my son have returned by my side I have found my happiness again. The death of my father marked the beginning of a year and a half full of problems.

“I was at the peak of my career and I could have won the Golden Ball. Now I have changed and I am back.”

No sex since 1955

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A crusty old Marine Sergeant Major found himself at a gala event
hosted by a local liberal arts college. There was no shortage of
extremely young, idealistic ladies in attendance, one of whom
approached the Sergeant Major for conversation.

"Excuse me, Sergeant Major, but you seem to be a very serious
man. Is something bothering you?"

"Negative, ma'am. Just serious by nature."

The young lady looked at his awards and decorations and said,
"It looks like you have seen a lot of action."

"Yes, ma'am, a lot of action."

The young lady, tiring of trying to start up a conversation, said,
"You know, you should lighten up a little.
Relax and enjoy yourself."

The Sergeant Major just stared at her in his serious manner.

Finally the young lady said, "You know, I hope you don't take
this the wrong way, but when is the last time you had sex?"

"1955, ma'am."

"Well, there you are. You really need to chill out and quit taking
everything so seriously! I mean, no sex since 1955!

She took his hand and led him to a private room where she
proceeded to "relax" him several times.

Afterwards, panting for breath, she leaned against his bare chest
and said, "Wow, you sure didn't forget much since 1955!"

The Sergeant Major, glancing at his watch, said in his
matter-of-fact voice, "I hope not, it's only 2130 now."
